I normally don’t complain about fast food, but this Burger King in Biloxi was next-level disappointing. The food came out cold, the fries were stale and soggy, and the burger looked like it was just thrown together with zero care. For how long I waited, at least make the food fresh. On top of that, the order wasn’t even right the first time. If I’m paying my money, the least I expect is hot food and basic effort. Honestly, I won’t be coming back unless something seriously changes.

Every single time I come to this restaurant, it’s something. They can’t do Whoppers in the morning, can’t cook fresh fries, or I get some ridiculous attitude because I asked for light ice. Charging me for 2 dipping sauce with a 20 piece tender. The moment they get more than one car in the line, they act like the gates of hell hath broken loose. If they’re not getting my order wrong, they’re talking about a different customer they’ve wrong loudly, where everyone can hear them. This is the most anti-consumer fast food restaurant I have ever been to. I worked fast food including burgerking, for a long time and I know things change. Rules change, but there is never an excuse to be rude to your customer first.

Walk in to Burger King to eat @ 7:00 pm and was told it was drive through only. Why is it always drive through only at this Burger King in Biloxi. Then when you go through the drive through you are rushed to place the order and get out of the line so their timer doesn’t get behind. Please answer this question

Got a burger and a side salad during lunch time. Burger was okay but the salad had brown lettuce, discolored cheese and a white ooze coming from the cheese. Tried to call them to speak to a manager to let them know their salads might be bad and no one answered the phone. Save your money and just go somewhere with better quality food & better customer service.

The Red Haired Manger is the rudest manager I seen, very rude and obnoxious to her staff and customers. She will confront you for any reason she doesn’t like. Not worth it. I feel sorry for the employee’s dealing with her 2 stars

I stopped by to grab some lunch after going to the fish store called just fish on pass rd and this Burger King was great. The staff complimented my car, asked if i wanted condiments, and were so friendly. The #2 Texas burger was so good also. I haven’t eaten at a Burger King in years and was really really glad i stopped. If I’m in the neighborhood to shop for some more fish down the street. Man, this place is going to be hard to pass up.
