I would not recommend ordering from this location. My recent sub order, intended as a meal during my travel home from the airport, was unsatisfactory. The chicken and cheese sandwich consisted solely of chicken and cheese, with no peppers or onions, as specified. I believe this was due to staff rushing to close. Consequently, I will not be returning.

Came in about 20 minutes before closing and the staff was still incredibly kind and welcoming. No rushing, just great service and an excellent sandwich. Everything was made perfectly and the whole experience was smooth and pleasant. Really appreciate the professionalism this close to closing time. Will absolutely be back.

This is what I got… a cold #13 that they didn’t even cut through all the way. This store has seriously gone down hill. Tried to call to get it resolved and the phone just keeps ringing. No one answers there.
We got a big pickup order on the phone and the worker was rude and they didn’t even make it correctly. Do yourself a favor and go to the location on Walton.

The food at this location is decent, but the service could use improvement—especially when it comes to online orders. I’ve had multiple experiences where special requests were missed, even though they were clearly listed on the receipt. Most recently, I watched my sandwich being made in-store and noticed they didn’t add the extra items I requested. When I pointed it out, they acknowledged the mistake after checking the receipt. This has happened more than once, I recommend placing your order in person so you can ensure it’s made correctly. Unfortunately, attention to detail with online orders just isn’t consistent here.

My sandwich was AMAZING (#64). Although it was busy and a huge group of people came behind us, Emily and her team were unfazed. They were able to execute delicious, cared for sandwiches.
I’m very thankful for this Jersey Mike’s because often vegan sandwiches with modifications feel lackluster without sustenance, however, this sandwich was at the perfect temperature and spice level to my liking. I also love their bread 🙂

Gone here a few times, usually my sub is made a little sloppy but the last time I went it was a wreck! Whole sub was soggy and covered in sauce. The chicken was half way on the bread and it was cold. I will not be coming back to this location again.

The girls working there were discussing. I had to ask her to change her gloves a couple of times. She literally goes to the register with gloves on to cash out the customer and puts the money away, then goes back to making sandwiches. She wasn’t friendly at all. I wouldn’t go back at all. Not the first time they did that. If you pay attention, it’s almost all the Jersey Mike’s locations. Very nasty !

Every time I come here the food is absolutely amazing, and the staff are even more amazing. Hunter and a few other workers are always patient, even when I struggle to make up my mind. The Chipotle Chicken Philly with extra sauce is my favorite. The last time I came in Hunter was there again, and although I ordered a regular, the cook mixed it up with a giant which I received for no additional cost. The music is always buss and the place is always clean! I’m about to walk there right now, actually. 10/10 recommend!
