This place has been here for a long time but I just now recently had my first meatball sandwich there. Let me tell you their prices are super affordable $10 for almost any large sub. I’m a customer just for that plus their subs are really really good way better than the name brand places. Very friendly people that work there

This place has always been known for having super great sub sandwiches. Things have changed a little bit. But the sandwiches are still really good. Only issue we had was when we wanted to order some party subs, which I thought every sub shop made, and I have ordered many times before.. this time when we went to ordern They told us that even though they’re on the menu, they no longer have party subs anymore? Little bit disappointing, but overall still good sandwiches.

I have a love hate relationship with this place. Sandwiches are great, service is hit or miss depending on the day. I’m here now and I’ve already been waiting 30 min for my child turkey sandwich, and no it’s not busy. The staff are chatting about their latest Netflix show as the other is slicing cheese at the slowest rate I’ve ever seen in my life. For those of us who only have a certain amount of time for lunch break, it sucks waiting this long for a simple sandwich. But, the pricing is amazing and the food is great. They need to pick it up with service and they’d get more business.

This is my favorite sandwich shop in the world. I’ve been eating there for almost 30 years, and it’s better now than ever. I don’t want to oversell the place, but there are two critical aspects on which they cannot be beaten. The first is the bread, and the second is the dressing. Most of what they offer here is about the same as any other one-off sandwich shop, but no one else can touch that bread and the dressing. Here’s to hoping that they never change either of those!

My new favorite sandwich place!! I’m new to the area and was looking for a good place to grab lunch. Decided to try a 6″ Philly cheese steak with a side of potato salad.
It smelled incredible in the shop. The staff were so friendly. The bread was super fresh as well as all the toppings. Can’t wait to try the French dip.

Went in for lunch here after driving by it for the last three years. No line to wait in to order. Got the Ultimate Philly. The bread had good flavor and crunch but wasn’t overly hard. The meat was great and piled with melted cheese. Definitely going to be back to try some of their other sandwiches . They also have beer and some inexpensive sandwich specials too.

While the place could use a little modernization, a little sprucing up, that’s obviously not the main point of going to a food establishment. The sandwich is here are awesome, they’re pretty traditional style deli sandwiches, but I love their bread I love that they loaded up with lots of meat, and I love that everything seemed fresh. Additionally, the prices were very competitive for a sandwich shop especially due to the size of the sandwiches. A footlong sandwich with six different kinds of meats on it was right around $10 , that is unheard of these days. Great little spot for lunch, highly recommend.

Have been going to My Hero Subs for around 25 years, since I was in high school, a block away. The TBA has always been my favorite sandwich here. To this day, I still stop by as often as I can. Love the logo so much that I picked up a shirt a few weeks ago. A fantastic sandwich shop that I would reccomend to everyone…
