So the guy who just took my call was the most non-customer service person I’ve encountered in a while. I called asking them to please make sure the Uber Eats bags are packed with the correct names. He said “We can’t control what the drivers pickup” to which I said, “The drivers are not packing what was inside the bag! I got Chantel order & no drink!” To which he hung up on me. Don’t like your job? You quit. Because blaming others who have no hand in this other than picking up what you pack is wild. No sorry, no what can we do to make it right. Nothing. Pure trash.

The customer service was horrible literally had to wait 10mins mins to place my order inside to avoid the long line outside and had to wait another 14mins to receive it in pieces sandwich here drinks 10mins later. Flys flying over mobile orders it was just a lot to bear. The staff was clearly unhappy to help the line inside. Gotta teach your employees that “AMERICANS RUN ON DUNKIN” so they need to be ready with pleasantries instead of whatever that was, it definitely wasn’t customer service done right. This location definitely helped to further ruin my day today. Never again.

I came to this location to buy two coffees today, Thursday, November 6, around 5:50 PM. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience.
I had a coupon for a $1 coffee from a donation I made at another Dunkin’ location. However, the cashier charged me for both coffees, even after I explained the coupon details and showed her the receipt. She said she didn’t know anything about it.
When I asked to speak with the manager, a gentleman came over, but instead of helping politely, he was visibly upset, murmuring bad words and hitting the computer while processing my refund.
I truly regret that this happened, as I usually enjoy Dunkin’, but this visit was very disappointing. I hope management can look into this situation and provide better customer service.

I visit this Dunkin every morning since I work a few minutes away and I need my Dunking coffee to get me going. Never had a problem always had good customer service until today. The cashier made an honest mistake and charge me for an item that I did not requested. He apologized and I told him it was all good I just needed my order corrected. The guy in charge checked my order and confirm it was messed up. Proceeds to tell me that I need my card for him to do anything since I paid with Apple Pay. I explained I don’t carry my wallet that’s why I paid with my phone and wasn’t expecting to have to do a refund since I order my food correctly. Then he tells me he can’t do nothing for me. I explained again how the order was not what I asked for and still said he couldn’t do anything for me. After giving attitude he says he will call the manager. Brings me cash back and still charge me more than it was supposed to. I order 3 meals and he charged them separately so I still ended up paying more than I usually do. To avoid any type of confrontations I took my messed up order and I said thank you. He turned his back on me without a word. I understand maybe it was too early for him but he is in charge for a reason. Dunkin You make my day everyday with your coffee but today was a little different. I want to highlight the cashier Dilon for going out of his way and apologizing for the honest mistake. But the guy in charge was the wrong guy to put in charge. Thanks.

The most rude employees and the manager tall woman is a narcissist no wonder the employees have no customer service skills. Dunkin’ Donuts need to replace the manager and retrain the staff. And most importantly send secret shoppers there. I had the most awful experience. I went through the drive-through. It was nobody in drive-through and five times I gave my order. I asked for a frozen drink in the person continue to say hot drink so I came inside. The black gentleman continue to tell me to look at the cup and continue to say for coffee syrup. I never asked for that and then he goes on to say that’s what goes in a cup. I said I don’t work at Dunkin’ Donuts. I don’t know the ingredients of the drink. And Even after correcting that he became came even ruder and aggressive and I waited for my stuff. I watched the guy in the girl go back-and-forth with the cup. Did they supposed to mix for my drink out of my sight? I didn’t feel safe, drinking it and then while waiting at the counter for my drink, the young man took the drink and took it at the other end of the counter while I was standing there, waiting for him to give me my drink, which I felt disrespected and offended, and so I left and went over to Burtonsville shopping Plaza at Dunkin’ Donuts and the most beautiful experience I would say to anyone who’s had the worst experience with Dunkin’ Donuts on outlet Drive to go to Burtonsville and learn from that manager, and those staff what a spirit of excellence

I ordered a butter pecan ice coffee and was charged an additional fee for an extra pump of the butter pecan syrup only to find there was no butter pecan added. They forgot to add it. A complete disappointment! I patronize this location frequently. There has been quite a few mistakes with my order that I’ve overlooked. I’m beginning to think I should take my business elsewhere

Been here a few times.
They have a lot of traffic but they manage it pretty well for the most part.
Unfortunately they tend to get my order wrong with the exception of a couple rock stars.
There have been numerous occasions where the order was repeated several times for confirmation but still managed to get it wrong.
They do not offer receipts so i must always either go back or ask myself if i need it.
Overall make sure you order with your app to take out any human errors that may likely happen on your visit any youll be good. If you have to order in person god bless you.

there have been several instances where I go to this location early before work. On Google it clearly says that the restaurant is open at 4 AM and I typically would come in anywhere from five to 5:30 AM. There have been several occasions where both front doors are locked and I drive a bigger vehicle so I don’t know if you drive-through. I knock on the door and nobody answers and there was one time where I actually saw two employees turn off the lights to the restaurant in hide in the back when I was trying to get inside. If the staff doesn’t want to work a morning shift, then they should speak up to their manager. Super frustrating in the Morning.

She literally took out the trash out Dunkin donut didn’t wash the hand. Contaminated the touch pad screen they use to take the order and even grabbed the cup I asked to be my coffe and didn’t wash her hands not hygienic at all
