I live upstairs from This location so I frequently attend this spot but today they displayed deeply unprofessional and discriminatory behavior that no customer should ever encounter. My order placed was delayed over 40 minutes while others were served promptly. When I politely asked about the delay, two male employees became hostile and rude, using slurs and telling me it was my fault the order didn’t go in yet when I paid already
The staff (pictured) were openly rude, dismissive, and used inappropriate language toward a loyal paying customer, then provided the wrong order and forced to be me to be charged twice. This was humiliating, disrespectful, and this kind of behavior should never happen to anyone.
This kind of conduct reflects poorly on the brand and demands immediate corporate attention.

Can’t believe how badly customers can be ignored. Waited almost an hour at the front of the store as no one paid a couple minutes of attention to just hand me a pizza that was already ready paid for and made. Everyone was so focused on other tasks that I had to sit there almost an hour calling for help just to retrieve a pizza that was made 45 minutes ago.

We ordered a pizza via the app, and it arrived in a timely manner, however it was thrown around to the point we don’t even know if it’s a pizza anymore (see picture). Called and spoke to manager, he offered a credit for items (not including delivery or tip) or replacement. We chose replacement, and went to pickup, was offered a free dessert and soda. The manager was nice, but our replacement pizza, was missing salami! A topping we paid additional for. Very frustrating, as we ordered delivery so we didn’t need to leave the house, and then after leaving house, received an incorrect order. We were too frustrated/hungry to say anything in the store about the missing topping.

I got a pizza Last Saturday around 1am and the manager gave me a great deal….. I guess I got lucky because I went back on Monday night and the person said they only take delivery orders after 10pm…. So I left empty handed and lost the feeling for papa’s pizza…

My food arrived too late and the delivery person arrived. He had very specific delivery instructions in my profile for this rubbish Uber app. I’d never had a problem like that before. I canceled the order anyway. The idiots at Uber delivered it to me, and right off the bat, I contacted customer service and they put me in touch with a customer service agent.
And what this person tells me is to contact the restaurant and file a complaint with them. It’s stupid to say that I should do that when the restaurant has nothing to do with it and they close the communication, they didn’t give me a solution and I need my money back and for them to come here and and let them come and pick up their damn cold pizza.

Ok. SO TONIGHT THE 29TH OF OCTOBER. I ORDERED 2 PIZZA ON LINE. 1 WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SAUSAGE AND THE OTHER ONE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PEPPERONI. WELL AS U CAN SEE IN THE PICTURES THEY ARE BOTH SAUSAGE AND ONE HAS BEARLY NO CHEESE OR SAUSAGE ON IT. AND THE OTHER ONE IS NOT PEPPERONI BUT SAUSAGE AND IT’S BURNT . SO I CALLED THE STORE. AFTER BEING PUT ON HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES A GUY GETS ON THE PHONE AND I TELL HIM ABOUT THE ORDER AND ALL HE SAID WAS HE CAN GIVE ME A REFUND FOR 1 OF THE PIZZA NOT ONCE DID HE APOLOGIZE FOR THEIR MISTAKES OR ANYTHING. I COULDN’T EVEN EAT THE FOOD BECAUSE I DON’T EAT SAUSAGE AND AS I SAID. THE OTHER ONE HAD NOTHING REALLY ON IT. I WORK IN THE RESTAURANT BUSINESS AND THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO TAKE CARE OF THE GUEST

I ordered a large specialty pizza tonight for delivery and specifically ordered it with Alfredo sauce because I’m allergic to tomato sauce. I also ordered mushrooms and Canadian bacon on half the pie. When I received my order not only did the pie have tomato sauce on it there were mushrooms and Canadian bacon all over the pizza. I called the store and the man that answered the phone told me that if I didn’t check my order when I was in the store I get what I get oh well. He tried to tell me he’d make me another pie but told me I need to come pick it up. I told him to just refund me my money because I can’t drive which is why I ordered it for delivery. The man was disrespectful and I don’t even know now if I’m gonna get my refund for their mess up. The order sticker clearly says Alfredo

Walked in at 925 pizza in the app said it was ready at 905. After waiting in line it was not ready and had door dash people jump in front of me. The waiting room had trash on the floor and both tables were not cleaned and had crumbs from other people eating there . Order dominos.
