I completely understand that mistakes can happen, which is why I took extra steps to avoid one with this order. I placed the order through DoorDash and followed the restaurant’s instructions by selecting the closest available option and clearly writing special instructions. I also went a step further and called the restaurant directly to confirm they received and would follow those instructions, as neither my husband nor I can have dressing on the wrap due to an allergy.
We ordered fries and they did not arrive.
Despite all of this, the instructions were not followed, and the wraps were prepared with Caesar dressing anyway. Unfortunately, this meant my husband and I were unable to eat the food at all. This was extremely disappointing, especially after taking the time to call and ensure everything was understood beforehand.
I truly appreciate the challenges restaurants face, but given the circumstances, I believe a refund is appropriate and respectfully request one.

While the reviews for the Food Market seem very positive (and I have no reason to believe they are wrong), this review is for Meridian Wholesalers, which supplies sandwiches to Logan Airport. We purchased two sandwiches (turkey and grilled chicken) at Terminal A prior to our flight. I am motivated to write this simply because they were the two worst sandwiches we have ever tasted. Cardboard tasting meat with wilted lettuce, which made the bottom layer of bread soggy. Gross.
