The donuts here are so delicious and the owner is very helpful. When we were planning our wedding we knew we wanted donuts from Jupiter Rising. Ordering was very easy and the price is so incredibly reasonable for how big and fresh the donuts are. The guests could not stop raving about the donuts!! No joke I got texts the day after the wedding asking if we had any left over donuts, that’s how much people love them. I highly recommended stoping by for some yummy treats or reaching out Jupiter Rising for your next event.

I was very pleased that i chose to pop in for a glazed one. The proprietor was congenial, the donut out of this world yummy (so airy). And as a bonus i found these heavenly gluten free banana blueberry muffins that i picked up for my hubby so he didn’t have to sit and watch me eat my treat. Everything was wonderfully balanced. We were both thoroughly and exceptionally pleased.

Tina did an amazing job with cupcakes for our wedding. All of our guests were raving about how delicious they were, and how beautiful they all looked. Along with the cupcakes, the mixed donuts were so tasty, and an awesome addition to breakfast. We will definitely be stopping back to get snacks on our way through Rutland in the future! They sell these donuts at the Woodstock farmers market and im not to thrilled. The sugar coated ones lack flavor, i know their supposed to be “plain” but even plain donuts need FLAVOR and some spices to the batter, or something that makes you WANT to take another bite.. once you get past the sugar coating all you taste is oil and grease, the batter NEEDS FLAVOR!!!!!!

As a Rutland native, I can say with confidence born of experience that the donuts here are far and away the best in town. And I would argue that the glazed donuts would win awards. The dough is airy and moist and the glaze has a slight crunch to it that makes for a taste/texture explosion. I don’t eat donuts often, but when I do indulge, it is the glazed donut from JupiteR Rising

Such a weird place.. boxes everywhere piled high to the windows.. I felt like I walked into a storage unit…no place to sit down.. it’s literally a warehouse with 1 bakers rack with a small selection of donuts.. I got a glazed donut it was disgusting… I walked in and you can’t step off a little mat or she will freak out on you… waste of 3$.. never will go there again… they only take cash
