The manager Randle helped me today. The staff was polite and quick to acknowledge me when I walked through the door. The store was clean and organized. And my pizza was ready on time. Something odd happened with my order and my boneless chicken wings were not added. The staff resolved the issue right away and I was headed home in less than 10 minutes. In addition the pizza was made perfectly and when I took my first bite it was the best Pizza Hut pizza I have had since I was a kid back in the 80s. Thank you again! There is still good people and great service to be proud of!!

Randy at Pizza Hut was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and made sure my order was perfect. The service was fast, accurate, and done with a great attitude, which honestly made the whole experience better. It’s rare to see someone who clearly cares about their job and the customers, but Randy definitely does. Pizza Hut is lucky to have him—give this man a raise! I’ll definitely be coming back because of the excellent service.

I just wanted to shout out Katrina for her amazing customer service. I had placed an online delivery order and realized something needed to be corrected. Katrina didn’t hesitate for a second to help me fix it and made the whole process so easy no hassle at all. She was genuinely kind, patient, and happy to help, which honestly made my day. I ordered a pizza by mistake at this location. When I called to cancel order they told me my card would be refunded. This was around 4PM. I get a call at MIDNIGHT, from someone asking me if my card was locked bc the refund could not be processed. She proceeded to put me on hold while she tried to figure out the issue. After the last can you hold I politely asked if there was any way we could handle this tomorrow at a more appropriate time. She got an attitude and responded “Im trying to get you your refund.” I told her I understood but this was an inappropriate time to be calling and if they could not figure it out I would just dispute the charge through my banking. She rudely said okay and hung up the phone. Shortly after the call ended I receive a text message. (See below). There is no reason customer should be getting called at MIDNIGHT for any reason unless they have an active order. I don’t care what your business hours are. Never received a refund or follow up days after. The charges have been disputed.

We were serviced directly by Randy and o truly enjoyed my experience. I walked in and he was on the phone being patient as hell with an indecisive old lady. He knew his regular Patton’s, greeted new customers with a smile, and juggled the VERY busy $2 pan pizza Tuesday crowd with grace!
His staff was kind too. Unexpectedly Top tier for such a quick interaction. we’ll definitely be ordering from this location again.
