We ordered catering trays from The Rolling Smoke Food Truck for a surprise party, and everything was absolutely amazing! We got chicken, pulled pork, brisket, coleslaw, and cornbread—and every single dish was delicious. The food was a huge hit with our guests!
Brandon was incredibly helpful when I placed the order. I was planning for 30 people, and he gave great recommendations on what to get, which made the process super smooth. On the day of the event, their team was very communicative and went above and beyond to make sure the surprise wasn’t ruined during delivery—they were so thoughtful!!
Their service was truly impeccable. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them for any event!

The best brisket I have ever had. It was super moist, tender, and had just the right amount of smoke. The ribs, pulled chicken, Mac and cheese, coleslaw and corn bread are also amazing.

From the first to the last bite, everything was absolutely delicious! I honestly could not say anything negative about the quality of food and service provided. Where do I begin?! The pulled chicken, pulled pork, sausage, brisket were out of this world! The sides- OMG the sides! The corn bread, mac and cheese, and the slaw!

I lived in Texas for many years, I love bbq. I have been to many bbq places on long island and So far this is the closest I could find. Mac and cheese was delicious, pulled chicken and pulled pork sandwiches were good. The brisket was very very tender, maybe too much? I felt that the outside should’ve been a bit more crunchy, ya know burnt ends should be crunchy ♀️. But still it was very tasty! I would definitely recommend this place and I will be going back

We worked with Brandon for a work event I hosted at my house with about 30 people. THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS! everyone’s been talking about well after the event. Rolling smoke delivered the order right on time and our guests literally left nothing to waste. People were going back for seconds and thirds. I would highly recommend these guys. Brandon was super professional and communicating well through the whole event planning. He also made recommendations on options and quantity that made it perfect so we didn’t need to over spend.

Rolling smoke is the best food I’ve ever had! It tastes like that long lost and now discovered childhood memory that brings you back to simpler times. I would recommend everything on the menu. I come here fairly frequently and everything is always cooked to perfection. The brisket sandwiches are to die for perfectly moist with buttery toasted buns as well. The meats melt in your mouth with the perfect amount of flavor and zip in every bite. The truck is owned by a young business man Brandon, and I can say he runs his business to flawlessly making sure every customer is valued and appreciated like Family. As well as everything is warm and served on time. Rolling smoke thank you for all the food and compassion in your craft you have found yourself a life long customer.

Finally got there today and had a dino rib. Amazing! Meat was so tender I could cut it with a plastic fork. One of the best mac & cheese I’ve ever had, and I don’t really like mac & cheese. Cornbread was really good too. Can’t wait to go back and try some other things on the menu. Highly, highly recommend. I’m picking when it comes to BBQ but this place is amazing!

Two platters worth going to my dog w the Mac nd cheese and everybody at my house mad at me saying it stinks in here it really is terrible it smells like 5 gallon of wet dog food I feel like I’m bouta throw up like it wasn’t bad already after I tried it, feel sick to my stomach I’m so glad I thank god I didn’t feed this to my daughter worst $55 dollars I’ve spent in my life!!!!!!
