Just like everyone else has mentioned, AWFUL SERVICE. COLD FOOD, MISSING FOOD, NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL! We ordered 2 box meals. Most Taco Bell would have placed both orders in separate bags. Not them, all our food were thrown in one bag. No wonder I was missing food. No organization. We will not go there again!!!

As far as Taco Bells go, this one has been consistently reliable with correct orders, quick service and good food quality. We ordered through the drive-thru in the evening. Line moved quickly and food was hot and fresh tasting.

I preordered 1 quesadilla for lunch. I sat at the drive through on my 30 min lunch break there was no movement then I went to the front doors they were locked! During lunch rush hour like seriously? I called the store finally got an answer on the third call! Ask me to go back to mobile pick up parking. Still too an additional 5 mins to bring my food. I’m beyond irritated made me late back from my lunch !

Literally if I could give NO STARS I would. Worst experience I’ve ever had with taco Bell ever. Placed an online order and received multiple SUBSTITUTIONS for items missing. The cinnamon twists were burnt. The food sloppy and filled with little meat. And when I tried to call multiple times the line went busy and I wasn’t put through to speak with anyone. Do yourselves and favor and don’t come to this location

I normally love Taco Bell but this location disappointed me. Both their website and the door at the restaurant say they’re open everyday at 7 AM – it is 7:30 AM at the time of me writing this and despite employees being present in the building, the doors are locked and the drive thru is being ignored. Pro tip: If you advertise certain hours and don’t update them if they change, customers will still believe you’re open! Either way reflects laziness and negligence from this location.

“Hands down the best Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had! The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and fast, and my order came out perfectly. The tacos were fresh, the burritos were hot, and everything tasted exactly how it should. I was especially impressed with how quickly the food came out, even during the dinner rush. You can tell this location really cares about quality and customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

Worst taco bell I’ve ever been to honestly, the food was so saggy and almost felt wet? The workers overall looked annoyed at doing their job and just produced low quality effort. Taco Bell is good even when it’s cold, but soggy? That’s just unacceptable.

So I came here once after placing a mobile order and when I got here they were closed because their whole system was down. I requested a refund and instead of giving me a refund they told me my order was ready hours later. I came here another time and they closed the store because they only had one guy working and he had to turn away like 5 customers. Not his fault but the 2nd time in a row I’ve tried to order and they’ve been closed. Also they have a weird AI that takes your order at the drive thru. I haven’t seen other Taco Bells do this but I imagine there are more. Either way, I’ve had to go to a different location multiple times so don’t waste your time here
