My Subway I’ve been going to forever closed, so I went here instead; and I was pleasantly surprised! Extremely clean and tidy dining room, it smelled SO GOOD like fresh baked bread as soon as i walked in. The ladies working were so kind and had great customer service. The ingredient station with the meats, cheeses, veggies etc was beautifully organized – fresh, colorful, and neat.

I placed an online pick up order; requested toasted sub and extra veggies. My sub was not toasted nor did I receive extra veggies. I had to ask for a straw and no napkin(s) in bag when I returned to work.

I placed a mobile order and redeemed my free Sub Club reward, only to arrive and be told my order was canceled with no prior notification or explanation. I wasted my break driving there because no one bothered to communicate properly. When I asked to speak with a manager, the employee refused and claimed she didn’t know who the manager was. When I said I would be leaving a review, she responded, “Why? Because you didn’t get a free sub?” The lack of professionalism and basic customer service at this location is unacceptable.

I have never been a fan of subway because they never add enough meat on their sandwiches. I decided to go to this Subway one day because it was on the way to my destination. The service was really poor, I felt as if I was an inconvenience. They would not accept my coupons and they were very cold about it. I really do not see how this place is still in business, as the service was awful.

Ordered a pizza, the lady in the store made us pay first and wrote down what was to go on the pizza and then let customers behind us get their sandwiches made before our pizza was made. She then starting making the pizza, messed it up and then refused to give us a refund.

Today around 12pm I went through the drive thru & ordered a #21 & 4 Macadamia Cookies. I drove off expecting the sub to be correct but once I got home I realized I was given the #23, an Italiano Sub. I was very disappointed. I drove back to the establishment, the woman & young man were not apologetic about my order being rung up incorrect. I was provided NO RECEIPT until I asked for it & then realized it was incorrectly rung up but I remained calm. The woman proceeded to let me know there is a $2.50 upcharge for the #21 even though the young man on the headset rung my order up incorrectly which means he got my order wrong. I agreed to pay & asked for my receipt, I got rung up for 3 cookies. This was a terrible experience & I pray that you all learn better customer service and also learn to take accountability when the establishment is in the wrong. Thank you for correcting the mistake but for you all to be empathetic & more considerate would have been greatly appreciated!

The sub is okaaay it definitely could put more of the ingredients in the sub the meat it have a scoop to major the amount but the fresh stuff don’t and i had other subway where they make the sub look like the advertising pictures other than that it was a friendly service and quick

I need this subway to get a scanner so customers can get there rewards. The subway is ripping customers off because they don’t have a scanner so customers can get half off sandwiches and rewards. They are doing this on purpose so customers can’t use there rewards. Worst subway in Tallahassee
