My go-to Vietnamese restaurant in this area. The fresh lotus salad is very unique, crispy and refreshing, perfect summer vibe. Bún Bò Huế (Spicy Beef Noodle Soup) comes with a rich, fresh broth and tasty meat. Ordered bahn mi several times and they are in large portions with great flavors. Very reasonable price, quick service. The only thing is it’s a little bit of Americanized Vietnamese style, more sweet flavor.

First time going here and it won’t be the last. Their prices are very affordable which is rare in Seattle these days. The service was kind of slow and our food all came out at different times which isn’t the best. The food was solid. You get a lot. The chicken curry wasn’t my favorite cause I like a lot sauce but it had good flavor. The sandwich was enjoyed by my friends. The soup was good with a lot of meat. The spring rolls were really good too and decent size. The restaurant inside was small but still plenty of seats when we got there. They had a lot of traffic coming in and out of there so they must be doing something right.

Look I have been living in Greenwood on & off since 1993, and I mean it when I say Green Tree is one of our better longer standing family owned restaurants (getting fewer and fewer far between by the day) I’m a creature of habit and I’ve always ordered the same thing for years and years. The food is always quality, delicious, and honestly as affordable as possible in a rapidly gentrifying spot where I can’t imagine how impossible their rent must be. Tonight I ordered takeout and I made a mistake. When I showed up I learned, because I had an awful day I had rattled off the wrong number and a dish I didn’t want was prepared for me instead. They were BUSY and honestly it would have been fair if they had double charged me, but they quickly remade the dish and it was DELICIOUS as always, with exceptional customer service, patience and speed. Awesome job, great business, great people.

Greenwood local – this is the best family-run small restaurant in the neighborhood. The menu is wide, food is consistently delicious, staff are very friendly and welcoming, and it’s extremely affordable. We take people here because there’s something for everyone and the food is consistently great.

Awesome food, many options, great price. Especially liked the pho, mango salad, and vermicelli dishes. I had the clear noodle soup which was okay, but will definitely come back and try other dishes

Ordered (too much) takeaway. Very quick pickup. Pretty legit Vietnamese food. Fresh spring rolls have a little crispy stick in the middle which gives it a great texture. Vietnamese pancake/crepe was quite greasy and was a bit too sweet (had a sweet coconuts taste). Mongolian beef had a great flavor but the meat was a little tough. Grilled beef wrapped in betel leaves was my favorite except the dipping sauce was way too fishy. Combo rice and combo vermicelli plates were what you’d expect and want. Overall, recommend this place – go support your local restaurants.

We called ahead with a large group of around 10 – they don’t take reservations, but they seated us and service was very attentive all night! It was just one server that evening so I’m very grateful that they served our big group!

Prawn wrap tofu skin vermicelli – SOOOO GOOD. The crispy tofu is really delicious, thin, and well-seasoned. The greens add a nice, fresh contrast. A little squeeze of lime enhances the whole thing. It was about $14 for a really big portion of noodles and prawns. I arrived ravenous and couldn’t even finish the whole thing.

Quiet, chill atmosphere but still nice for friends to gather or maybe a casual date.

Surprisingly only slightly Americanized Vietnamese restaurant with lots of options and a very, very reasonable price.

Food tastes like 3.5 stars, but I gave it 4 stars for its worthiness.

Their pancake doesn’t taste as good as their meat dishes.

The food and prices are overall good and the spring rolls were excellent but the fact that the Shrimp noodle soup has coagulated Pork Blood in it and it isn’t noted on the menu is really bad. Many people don’t eat blood for religious reasons and it really should be noted on the menus if it is included.
