The past couple times I have been, Ive had to wait forever for my mobile order (1 iced coffee). Today, I go in and there are literally several receipts hooked to the printer untouched. Nobody apparently was filling mobile orders. I waited 20 minutes and had to ask about my order which again was one item. I just had to do this exact thing back in January. Used to be the best Dunkin location many years ago, now it’s the worst. The drinks do not even taste good anymore.
I would like to ask the management, should we not be doing mobile orders? Because every time I do one, it takes forever to get my order.

Waited 20 minutes for 1 coffee, several people came in after and got there coffee and food before us, they lost the order. I finally asked after 15 mins where the coffee was.

Very unpleasant experience almost every time I have ever stopped here. Manager is always out front on her phone vaping while she leaves people that are incapable of doing there job efficiently or correctly to struggle. More times than not, I have to have my coffee remade and I am consistently charged 2 different amounts for the same coffee. Get it together guys or hire a manager who actually trains and manages her employees.

I come to this store almost every morning with my mom before work, and almost every time I witness MAYBE 2 ppl at a constant work flow while the heavy set manager sits in the back office and doesn’t break a sweat. This morning in particular really irritated me seeing as that manager found it fitting to reprimand an employee infront of customers for simply stating that a woman that came in was clearly under the influence of something and the employee didn’t want to be involved. To me that’s not an inappropriate statement and as a paying customer I find it sad that you as a company put people that lack leader ship skills in an area of authority.

Worst experience I have ever had. Waited 56 minutes for 2 things of snacking bacon as the workers cussed at eachother and didn’t adk to help me at all. By the time I got the food, it was cold because they left it out for 50 minutes as I stood there. Horrible service and horrible food. I will never go back to this location

Nicely renovated Dunks and the staff was very friendly. We visited while our truck was being serviced nearby. We each had the $6 breakfast and shared a blueberry muffin. Breakfast for 2 under $15.

A word that does not come out of my mouth…Decafe. It doesn’t matter if in goto the DD on Washington Street or the one on Charlestown Road, they screw something up. Unfortunately after a 10 minute wait inside, as they were very busy, and driving 7 miles down the road when I noticed, I was at the point of no return. Useless coffee was what I had to deal with. Fruited ice tea with no fruit. Fruited ice tea with fruit in the bottom so I clogs the straw..hmm genuis! When I get it with the fruit on top of the ice, it’s going to be a good day. Well after wasting alot of money on wrong beverages, cold food, good bye Dunkin Donuts. The wait in the drive thru lines will not be missed. Thank you for freeing up extra space on my phone by getting rid of your app.

The workers at this place is so unprofessional. They are always talking unkindly about the other dunkins in town. They are judging people by their looks going on about people needing to grow up because they dye their hair blue. They are talking about how they dont cry even when their “best friend committed suicide because she didn’t want to be friends with her anymore”. The manager will constantly make comments about threatening to resign when something changes she doesn’t like. There are some workers that are nice and i feel like the ones with stronger personalities just treat them like dirt being very bossy. The drama isn’t appropriate either
