We visited this location last night and usually it’s a good experience. However this time was terrible. We placed an order online and went to go pick up our pizza at the park Street location. When we arrived, we asked for our pizza.They had us make our payment. The manager then opens the box and shows my husband that the pizza was made incorrectly. We were totally all right with them just throwing on the missing toppings and going on our way. However, the little girl Manager stated that they cannot do that and the pizza would need to be made over again. So we waited over 20 minutes. Eventually, I went to one of the workers and I asked for the manager I was told the manager was too busy to come speak to me. This is why adults should be management and not children. Long story short we ended up asking for our money back and left with no pizza. Our pizza was never a priority to be made over again and if we wouldn’t have said anything, we would’ve continued to have sat there. I would advise to watch out for this location on Friday nights as the management doesn’t care and they will definitely make your food wrong and for these reasons is why they got one star. Especially when When your name was removed from the order, queue very sneaky.

You never get the topping to pay for. I paid for 7 toppings and got 4 toppings.
In addition to that there is no point to select “extra” for any toppings because they still put normal.
No quality control at this location.

Every time I place an order and arrive at the restaurant, it’s closed before the posted closing hours. When I get there, no one opens the doors and the staff completely ignores customers waiting outside. This has happened multiple times and is extremely frustrating. If you’re going to close early, update your hours or stop accepting orders. Very unprofessional experience.

I love Domino’s pizza, but this location has really gone downhill. I’m now planning to drive to a different store—even if it’s farther—because the experience at this one just isn’t worth it anymore. The staff was snippy today, and they constantly mess up our order.
I usually order the “Extravaganzza” and simply ask for ham and mushrooms on the left side, and bell peppers on the right. It’s not a complicated request, but they almost always end up putting everything on the same side. As someone who’s worked in fast food, I know the order ticket prints out exactly what’s requested—so it’s either not being read or just ignored.
This location used to be reliable, but the service and attention to detail have seriously declined.

I’m amazed by the fact that the staff is almost entirely made up of teenagers and young adults. The staff is very professional and courteous. With all the times I’ve ordered from here, not once have they messed-up an order, or delivered my order cold, late or had the wrong order.
