Been here about 4 times now. 3/4 times were great and the food was exactly what I wanted with friendly service but that one time the soughdough they used was a bit stale and I couldn’t get over how terrible the loaf of bread was. I really do think that one time was a fluke and I would be surprised if it happened again. Down a star because I could feel the loaf was stale as soon as I was handed the sub and you would think the person who makes multiple Subs a hour would be able to tell the bread was bad as they were making it but still thought it was ok to serve.

They do not have most of sandwiches from the online menu. Only the posted menu in the shop and 3 or 4 of the sandwiches on the menu board were crossed off.
To further drag the place down, some teenagers without masks plopped down and refused to put masks on or leave.

The greedy franchisee that owns this place doesn’t accept coupons, doesn’t have daily deals consistent with other franchises, doesn’t keep the store up to date, really it’s a miracle this one is still in business. We will not be returning unless changes are made.

Fix your machines….no toaster for a while now. Ladies who run the place are nice, but the place isn’t very clean either. Clearly the franchisee doesn’t care much.
