Nate is the best server. I have had him 3/4 times I’ve been to Prime in the last few months. He is attentive, even when busy, makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. I absolutely love the crown apple Brussel sprouts. They are easily my favorite menu item. The steak is always tender, cooked to my liking, and melts in your mouth

I found Prime while visiting Corpus Christi for work. I visited to try the steak. Ordered the NY strip and it was very tender and flavorful. It had a bit too much fat but otherwise was very good. Very good atmosphere and good food with a large selection of whiskey on hand. My only complaint is that my first glass of wine was served from a bottle that had been open a bit too long and was skunked. Overall good spot and would recommend for the steak.

This place is underrated. Everything about it was great. No wait for a table for 2 Saturday at 6pm. We had the New Orleans shrimp, a filet, a ribeye, and the cheesecake. All the food was delicious. Great place for dinner!

Ate there with a large group Saturday night for a wedding. The service was amazing, food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was great. I ordered the filet mignon and it was cooked to perfection. The waitstaff were all extremely attentive and very nice. They even helped us with decorating the tables and boxing all of the decorations back up. They helped make it a great evening and I will definitely be returning.

Everyone had a delightful time.
Nice to see the owner over seeing the operation of the place. We had the Valentine pre fix menu and everyone else ordered off menu. Grouper, steaks, chicken Marsala and crab cakes yummy. Sat in Whisky bar area which is homey – we requested to sit in that area. Bar well stocked and mix drinks very good.

The service was solid and the atmosphere was pleasant. Staff were professional and attentive, and the setting itself was enjoyable. The food and drinks came out quickly. Unfortunately, this is where the positivity ends.
My wife and I ordered the tempura shrimp, a 10 oz filet mignon, a 14 oz ribeye with crab on the side, asparagus with both steaks, strawberry cheesecake, an El Chapo margarita, a Cowboy margarita, and an Old Fashioned.
To be direct: the food was extremely underwhelming. Nearly everything lacked seasoning and depth of flavor. The tempura shrimp looked and tasted like something you would get at Long John Silvers. Both steaks were cooked to the requested temperature, (medium rare), but besides tasting as if they had been thrown on a charcoal grill without so much as salt being put on them I would describe the steaks as having close to zero flavor at all. Even the crab and asparagus felt flat and uninspired. The cheesecake was forgettable. The margaritas were okay, the old fashioned was the only part of the meal that I enjoyed.
If I had to rate the food alone, it would honestly be a 2/10. As someone who has spent this kind of money on a meal 50+ times, I have never been more disappointed.

Wow! This place is a gem. The food was delicious- Every item! The service professional—our waiter, Elisha, was excellent! The manager was warm and friendly. The atmosphere is romantic, manly, fun, upscale, but not uncomfortable. It was perfect! Thank you for a wonderful experience and well made, fine food! This was our first visit, but won’t be our last.

Visited for our Anniversary dinner and were rewarded with great food and service. Has an upscale, Texas ambiance. Lauren took great care of us!! Good drink and wine menu. My filet was cooked perfect. It is pricey but a great special event place.
