I can always count on consistently poor service and EXTREMELY STINGY portions at this location. I visit 2-3 other subways during my work week and never experience the horrible service as I do here.
December 6th I placed an order for 3 salads. The produce was wilted and unpresentable. I was shocked that the restaurant would even serve it. Even so, the young man who made the salads packed it loosely (I.e., to make the salads look more substantial than they really were). TWICE I had to BEG him for a little bit more onions and olives. So he threw not more olives, but olive JUICE on the already limp/borderline moldy produce that was already in the bowls. Which were less than 2/3 full after all was said and done. Maybe it was just me or maybe he does this with everyone but this employee made no attempt to hide his utter disdain for the customer.
This was not the first time I have had a bad experience at this location. When I complained I was offered a lousy free 6” sub. Which I had to request within the next 3 weeks. Which undoubtedly would have been of the same poor quality and tiny portions as the salads.
It may still be under the same ownership but I have found the service at the edwardsville and Carverton locations to be much better.

Almost 14$ for a tuna hoagie is greedy not to mention it’s not even a good value. 4 tiny scoops of tuna salad is not a good value. At least give your customers a decent amount of product if you’re gonna charge so much money

This is definitely the best Subway in the valley. It is hands down the cleanest. It always looks like they just opened and you can tell they take pride in the place. I never see anything on the floors even behind the counter its kept very clean. Its always quick and the people are very nice.

The husband and wife behind the counter were very friendly and courteous. We enjoy going there and eat there at least one time a week. We look forward to seeing them because they are friendly.

We just exited Dollar General, my fiancée and I, and we were both a little hungry so we decided to stop by our local Subway. The atmosphere was calm; there were no customers at the time which made for a very quiet and peaceful experience. The employee was kind and polite in helping with our struggle to create the perfect sub. They were made to perfection, although the Italian bread was kind of odd tasting with the tuna, but that’s just my opinion.
I rate this location a 5/5! I am definitely coming back within the next half hour.

Awesome!! It was about 7:35 when me & my son walked in and I didn’t know they closed at 8. They already had everything put away & you could tell they were ready to get out of there. Unfortunately I was there for 3 sandwiches lol. They were super nice about it thought and the sandwiches were made perfect.

Disgusting place! Would never eat there ever again! Horrible service and rude employees. Not washing there hands or cleaning the knives. Employees go for cigarettes then come in and handle the food. They over charged me on my subs. Wouldn’t reccomend going here. I would rate it a 0 if I could.
