We are a small family owned diner located in the heart of our small village of chittenango. We the owners ( Alexandria & Marcello Ciotti // Dawn & Tom McCarthy) pride ourselves in our businesses, and our love to cook! We offer fresh, homemade foods, and baked goods. We were voted top ten CNY diners, and also voted top ten CNY fish fry! We can’t wait to meet all of you, and fill your belly’s with delicious food!

CBd oil cupcakes? Awesome! We stopped in for a treat, and was pleasantly surprised by the young owners and music playing. Ice cream was served, and it was very quaint. I will be trying out the special baked goods next time I’m in the area, great idea!

Dinner was AMAZING, we suprised them after a phone call with 10 people and they killed it. Food was quick waitress was nice, and the regulars were very nice as well. The cook even came out to our table to see how our food was. And it was FANTASTIC!

Nice country diner, very friendly staff, clean. The burgers were huge and delicious! I had onion petals or straws, which were slightly over done, but still tasty with a good spicy sauce. Definitely going back! There are many items on the menu that sound so good. Going to get some of our biker friends and ride to the falls and eat here.

This was our first time in the diner since the new ownership. We were greeted immediately and were able to seat ourselves. We were waiting for another couple, so we ordered mozzarella sticks. They came out right away and were delicious. When the rest of our party arrived, we ordered fish dinners and fish sandwiches. They were amazing! We were very impressed with the haddock and how it was prepared and cooked. Our waitress was very attentive. We will definitely go back!

Went with my Dad and 3 kids. They were very friendly and accommodating. Kids had chocolate chip pancakes, very tasty didn’t even need syrup! My dad and I had the country fried steak, probably one of the best I’ve ever had. Will definitely come back, glad there’s a great diner in town.

The service with Karen was awesome! It was fish fry Friday and let me tell you. It was like the best I ever had. It wasn’t greasy and the fish was so white, and fresh. The cook made it beautifully. I would give it more Stars if I could. Will go there again

This place has the best food in the area! If you haven’t been to The Hamlet Diner you defiantly should. My husband and I had lunch there the other day and the food was great, our waitress was amazing and the family that owns the diner came over and talked with us! It was a great experience and the rustic feel you get from the place was perfect!!

When I first ordered a few fish dinners from here , it was completely wrong , however the owner was very understanding and made it right , stopped by for breakfast this past week and I was amazed at how awesome it was , the staff was amazing and very knowledgeable and friendly , I had the chance to get one of the newbies and she was just as awesome as the food ! Not one thing was wrong ! I definitely will be back in the future since I found out that mistakes will be made but it’s corrected very quickly and efficiently ! Enjoyed the friendly conversation with the staff and it was very very clean ! Amazing turn around since the first time I was here ! Highly recommend the breakfast and the great people who are employed here ! I will return soon !!!
