We got there had to move after 20 miles bites of waiting on a black screen and realized no one would respond after that we tried to order guy acted like he couldn’t hear us at all I knocked on the window nicely he said yes finally he did hear us but at a lot of stuff was broken I got my food it was wrong and they added peach when I asked for a strawberry limeade slush though I doubled checked with him because he said everything was messed up guess what I couldn’t drink my drinks no because I got strawberry limeade and peach and I’m allergic to peach so they could

Tonight which isn’t fun at all thank God he messed up my order or I wouldn’t have look at my receipt twice but after sending my burger partially back I wasn’t gong to let them spit in my drink so I said everything fine except my drink I paid full price and drinks be off!!!! Never again I swear!

Rachel was out waitress and she was so sweet, so awesome. To know I had hot food and a bag of ice, she waited for us to go before she brought my ice so it wouldn’t melt. It was great that she thought about that, cause some folks wouldn’t have. Glad she is a part of your crew.

I thought that by trying Sonic in a different state, it would be better, but it doesn’t matter where you get Sonic anymore, they are all terrible. I miss when Sonic drive-through’s were tasty. So sad how this brand has failed.

I typically enjoy Sonic for lunch in whichever town I stop in while working. However, this Sonic has not been consistent with food at all. Sometimes it is fresh and other times, it is the driest and oldest tasting chicken I have ever had ♀️

Yummy hot fries and cold limeade! Super fast and kind hearted service from an angel named #Jada! They were stocked to serve and had everything we wanted. My family and I had Sonic for dinner tonight, we ordered 3 combo meals, paid around $25. Our burgers were decent and made as ordered (reason for 2 stars) but the fries were so old, hard, and disgusting that we could not stand to eat them. Such a huge waste of hard earned money. We basically paid $25 for 3 burgers and 3 fountain drinks because the fries went in the trash where they should have been in the first place.
I’ve worked fast food and in customer service, so I’m understanding and not so quick to complain, but this was absolutely ridiculous. The fries had to have been several hours old to be that hard and disgusting. They were literally inedible. I wouldnt even allow my dog to have any for fear that she would break a tooth/teeth. I would have taken it all back if I had the time.
