I went in a couple of weeks ago and the worker overcharged me over $12. Nobody knew how to refund me and the person in charge at the time assured me that someone would contact me by phone and make it right. The person in charge acted like I was putting them out even though there was only one other customer in the store. I still haven’t heard from anyone. The pizza was not worth the price and I will never go to Papa Murphy’s again.

Quick and easy onpine ordering ahead, payment in person, and retreaval of the food. The food was fresh and well prepared, plus the website tells you what temp to heat everything at so I could start the oven before leaving to grab the Za and bread knots. :3

I bought an all meat pizza. The next day I got sick, and my mom did also. I do love pizza, granted I will not be coming back here ever again. My stomach was upset and had diarrhea, headache, and fatigue.

I love using the online ordering. It’s very user friendly. Customizing your pizza is easy to do as well. It took me less than 5 minutes to complete and place my order. My order was complete upon my arrival to pick it up and there were no errors. The staff had me in and out of the store in a matter of minutes. The pizza was delicious as usual. They’re always consistent.

It was my first time buying Papa Murphy’s Pizza weird the way they made you take it home and cook it and it came out doughy in the middle and I have to remember to never buy another pizza with pineapple and stuff on it cuz it’s unnatural. I feel like it’s too expensive after doing half their job for them.

Service is prompt and professional, the store is clean, and the price is okay. Although I miss the coupons that were always mailed out, and the insert with the orders always had a few bucks off for the next time. Stores are bare-bones, but cleand efficient.
