Gueuleton in Crans-Montana is an absolute must for meat lovers. The grilled meats are outstanding—perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and clearly made with top-quality ingredients. Every cut comes off the grill with just the right balance of char and juiciness.
The sides deserve just as much praise. The golden fries are crisp on the outside, fluffy inside, and dangerously addictive. The garlic butter long beans are a standout too, rich and aromatic, adding a deliciously indulgent touch to the meal. We recently visited this meat restaurant and honestly, the food completely amazing. Everything was cooked to perfection, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. I would absolutely recommend it, especially if you’re a true meat lover.
Unfortunately, the service didn’t quite live up to the same standard. It wasn’t terrible, but it felt a bit slow and not as attentive as we expected, especially compared to how amazing the food was.
The atmosphere fits the concept of the restaurant perfectly and really sets the mood for a great dining experience. Overall, still a place worth visiting for the food alone

Outstanding steak, excellent wine selection, and genuinely warm, attentive service. A fantastic addition to the dining scene.
Having opened only last year, it would be a shame for it to go unnoticed, especially in a place like Crans Montana where many diners tend to return to their usual favourites. This restaurant truly deserves a visit. I look forward to coming back and wish the team every success.

Wonderful dinner experience. The servers were friendly and accommodating. They have quite am impressive selection of beef and the chef absolutely nails the cook. Thank you so much for the fabulous meal – this is a repeat for sure!!

The food was exceptional but the service made this an even better experience. The team looked after us and made sure everything was perfect. They kept the restaurant open so we could have lunch staying behind to give us a lovely afternoon. The team had been involved in the tragedy that had occurred and helped victims before emergency services had arrived. They are heroes and should be recognised for that. We were unsure about going into town but we are glad we did as businesses need visitors to keep operating.

The worst meet I’ve ever eaten, I would never recommand this to anyone who loves to eat, price too expensive the chef is disrespectful and tried to sell us as stupid. ABSOLUT NO GO!!!! But we got a discount because we couldn’t eat the meal, we went hungry inside and left the place hungry

Entered the restaurant greeted and found a table quickly, amazing first. Went to pick our steak from the butchers area and was recommended to get a rib eye very popular apparently and cooks excellent……
The steak came out and I have never ever seen as much fat come out of a ribeye. Which you buy in weights and charged myself 300CHF for. The gentlemen that seated us and recommended the steak could clearly see we were not enjoying the steak and avoided us for the remainder of our duration sending over a young girl to sort our bill and ask if the food was good. She could clearly see with the amount of fat and steak left it wasn’t good.
The bill came to 500CHF which in no way reflected the terrible food and not one apology from the staff!
A superb venue but left bitterly disappointed after reading other reviews and I would not recommend based on this, I hope for others this was a one off experience.

Lunch was very nice, We would have liked to have some suggestions off the menu! Very good presentation and explanation of the menu from our waitress! The price of beef ribs was stratospheric (only negative point)
