Great food as always. We miss the one in Schaumburg so we finally made our way to Barrington. As a vegetarian I love that they have a plant based burger now. I had it on top of their chopped salad and it was fantastic.

Good service, good chicken, but if I could leave a negative star I would. The ‘fries’ are an abomination of an interpretation of what real fries are. Soggier than a wet rag. Not a single fry had any crunch to it. Unsatisfactory and a disappointment to anybody who eats them. I’m leaving this review on behalf of the public, they can not serve fries like this without consequence. Every fry in this bag is floppier than a fish out of water.

Great options for burgers or chicken sandwiches. Cajun Sunrise burger is my personal favorite, especially with the cajun fries. You can add toppings or remove them as well. Quick and easy place with a calm and inviting atmosphere.

I haven’t dined here in about 15-20 years, but it was so GREAT to be back! I had the Cajun Sunrise Burger, bacon cheese fries, onion rings, chopped salad and strawberry shake! Everything was so fresh and delicious! Service was quick and efficient too! Loved the clean, woodsy organic interior and the cool 80s and 90s pop tunes playing overhead (brought back fond memories of my high school and college years)! I will definitely come back to the Barrington Meatheads location!!!

Phenomenal place if you’re looking for a good burger ! Exquisite taste to their burgers, meat was cooked just right. It was a pleasure coming here for a good lunch comfy for dining in as well.

I really did like eating here. But this time when I ordered my burger, I got halfway through when I pulled out what I thought was a piece of lettuce. Realized it was the wax paper that separates the patties. I had eaten over half of it and the whole piece was in my food. I felt pretty disgusted, and heating and then eating this material is toxic to the body. I’m pretty upset about it, felt pretty sick after.
Other than that, I thought the cashier was very friendly. The cook definitely needs to improve. I also don’t know why they’d put raw jalapeños rather than grilled ones into the burgers.

Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday and will definitely be back. We ordered a burger, hot dog, nacho fries, onion rings, chocolate shake, and egg sandwich and it was all great. The hot dog took us right back to the ball park. Prices were good and the service was quick and courteous.

Good place. My fiance and I love coming here and it’s just a few minutes away from us so it’s perfect when we want a good burger. The service is nothing special but they are very respectful. Their shakes are amazing as well my fiance and I love the vanilla.
