Great experience! The food warms the soul. Everything is delicious, from the Borscht soup to the perogies, to even the mouth watering desserts. Everything tastes freshly made and with love. Small Ukrainian owned family business. Staff and owner are so nice and very caring. Prices are very reasonable! Ukrainian beer is delicious too! Very good spot to just kick back and enjoy some delicious food with good Ukrainian beers to pair. They also have a take out option for food on the go!

Amazing! Since moving back to Florida from Chicago I have not found authentic fresh pierogi anywhere until now! We got the sampler which was awesome with the kielbasa and chicken schnitzel, as well as a plate of potato and cheddar. The Napoleon for dessert was outstanding. The owner was so friendly and helpful. We drove an hour from Jacksonville just to come eat here and we will definitely be back!!

The Pierogi Shop is seriously a hidden gem in Flagler Beach! My fiancé and I stopped in for lunch on Christmas Eve and had an amazing experience. The vegetarian borscht soup was divine and packed with so much flavor, and the pierogies were absolutely delicious. The owner was incredibly friendly, and it was refreshing to see there’s authentic cultural cuisine beachside. We can’t wait to come back the next time we’re in town!

Food was excellent! We had a sampler platter for variety, some chicken schnitzel for a little extra protein, and the tart cherry perogies to finish. Everything was wonderful. If you can’t make it to the store, you might catch them at the Ormond Beach Farmer’s Market if you’re lucky. Dine in and frozen-for-later options. Everyone we met there was so kind. 11 out of 10.

The food was spectacular. The pirogies rival my grandmother’s homemade ones from my youth. Had the potato, sauerkraut and bacon pirogies. My mother-in-law had the borscht. We finished off with the tart cherry pierogies. So good!

Finally got to stop in and try this place I e heard amazing things about! It didn’t disappoint! Truly a hidden gem! I’ve always loved pierogis, and these are completely authentic and delicious!! The owner is so kind and even let me try a complimentary cherry & brandy shot. I’m not always a lover of cherry but it was delicious! Don’t skip over this small place! Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!! We got the sampler and hubby tried the hunters soup. Yum!!

This is such a great find! I got a sampler with 10 pierogies, chicken schnitzel and kielbasa but couldn’t stop there so I also got the potato sauerkraut salad AND the side of beet salad. It was SO incredible, I’m still thinking about it and will return in a few days. While I waited, I tasted the mushroom soup and borscht, both for the first time and LOVED them. Run or drive safely here to patronize a family-owned and operated business with phenomenal food.
Now, don’t be shocked but it isn’t cheap. It’s all handmade!!

Where do I even begin….Where have you been all my life!! The last time I had authentic Ukranian food was in the 90s at my grandmother in law’s house in Chicago. The staff was amazing, friendly very tentative. Our server started us off with a sample of Borscht soup. I had always wanted to try and boy was I glad I did. The beet is not overpowering it was such a delicious flavor. So we got the sampler platter a variety of pierogis, kielbasa, chicken schnitzel, and borscht soup. When I tell you this is freshly made, cooked to perfection! We also got a little sample of the cherry brandy I cant wait til they start selling it! Its very smooth not overpowering at all the type that relaxes you just enough to go to the beach and lay in the sand!
We finished this beautiful afternoon with a serving of dessert a flaky pastery with bavarian cream….pure heaven! And the cherry filled biscuits… oh my!!
I will definately be back! Thank you to the staff and cooks for bringing me back to good memories of this delicious cuisine.

Oh it was just like eating at your Ukrainian Grandma’s house. It’s all so tasty – the borscht, the pierogis, the cabbage rolls, the potato pancakes – all so delicious! And don’t ask me about those fabulous desserts. The Napoleon and the Honey Cake are outstanding. The owner provides service and information. It was an absolute delight! He will need more tables soon. Can’t wait to go back.
