I really wanted to like this place. The chips & salsa w beans was the best they did. My husband ordered the steak fajitas but they were so spicy he couldnt eat it. The rice was hard and not cooked enough. My plate, the fajita tacos, was ok but after I finished my first taco, the waitress brought me a plate of brand new tacos and said my first plate of tacos didnt “look” good to her standards. This rose a red flag to me because they looked fine. Made me wonder if something else was wrong with them. I felt sick after that, maybe just in my head, but it ruined the experience. We paid and got out of there.

I was here yesterday and gotta say, compared to another one I had been on before, this one is probably the best, I was immediately attended by the waitress dulce and her service was top notch, as well as the food was amazing, really recommend this place if you want good service and quality food

Very good waitress, Nereyda! Highly recommended! She was very attentive and stays on top of any requests that we had at our table. She showed pride in serving, thank you. No problem with getting what we ordered and refills were done without delay! I took my parents out to eat for the first time at this restaurant and we had an enjoyable dinner! Thank you, Nereyda!

Took wife to dinner for her birthday because a month ago when we went she was told that all plates were free for the birthday person. I even confirmed and asked the waitress which plates were included and with no hesitation she said all well we are and when it was time to pay not all plates are included and when spoke to the manager he acted dumb and said it’s weird the waitress should know better and I told him well she didn’t and she can tell you that but the manager is just acting dumb and just ignored my request to have it removed but to no avail so I just asked to give me the tab and I left. Horrible service and attitude.

To be honest, I was looking for some homemade chicken soup for my sick wife (native to the valley), and not only could I not find any, but this was one of the only places left open. Well, I went in there and of course no chicken soup either, but I know my wife likes the good fish soups in the area, so I inquired about that, and they said they have a new soup not on the menu yet, that has fish AND shrimp. Well, knowing my wife loves shrimp too, I got it, but maître d’ said it comes with some fish fillets. Eh, I figured they’d be fried of course so was not all that enthused about the fillets. (I am from the north so was not brought up on fried food.) Well, not only did my wife thoroughly enjoy the fish and shrimp soup, but also ate most of the fish. (She is okay with the fried part.) Luckily, she left some behind, so I tried it. OH MY! The fried part was only a light, tasty coating, and the fish was fresh, and absolutely delicious! I have had fish from Maine, to Austin, and this was an absolutely different, fabulous fish. Cooked to perfection. I will be back to this place, despite it is not the type of place I would normally frequent! Well done Muelle 37 of Elsa! From a Yankee guero!

Even with a veteran’s ID they wouldn’t give a discount,cuz it was a family plate. 100% percent disabled Vietnam veteran with Alzheimer’s and disabled wife got no consideration at all. Even with the 2 extremely heavy door, I couldn’t even open. The waitresses were nice, but manager was cold.
