This happened 5/18. Arrived at the drive-thru at around 7:40pm. Waited several minutes for the vehicle (only one in the drive thru) to order, pulled up to order, waited several more minutes for someone to take my order. Waited 15 minutes for the car in front of me to pull away. Got to the window, paid for my order, then waited for my food. First got the drinks, 1 chocolate shake reg, that was correct, was handed a reg root beer float, I told the person that was incorrect, that it was supposed to be a large root beer cream shake, they then told me that I could keep it because they couldn’t take it back once they handed it to me. At this point I should have checked my receipt. I clearly ordered a large root beer cream shake, but was only charged for a regular. After waiting for that to get corrected, they asked me if they had charged me for the food. I said yes. Waited some more and got a 3/4 full cream shake. Waited some more, they came back and asked why I was still there. I said, I didn’t get my food. They acted shocked (same person this whole time) and asked again if I had paid for my food. Finally get my at 8:10pm. I am beyond unhappy at this point and drive off. Not realizing they did not give me the driver for my daughter’s kids meal. I glanced over, saw three drink containers and took off. I have attached a pictures of what they considered a 5 piece chicken tenders. The one on the left is the only piece bigger than a nugget sized piece of chicken. Also, the chicken was stone cold by the time I got home 5 minutes later. Nothing like being charged $11 for cold leftover pieces of chicken tenders. I am sure I was not the only one that had a bad experience last night, as there were several people that looked annoyed waiting in the restaurant. While I was in line waiting, I watched one employee spend the entire time I was there stocking drink lids and another just standing around drinking soda or some other drink that they refilled twice.

My first time going to a A&W restaurant and it was outstanding!
The staff was phenomenal! Very helpful and friendly people. They had my order ready in no time! I just HAD to get a true old fashioned A&W root beer float along with my lunch. I LOVED it! This will spoil me on my future root beer float purchases because they just can’t compare to A&W. P.S. Loved the 80’s music playing while I was there! ❤

Awesome place to visit, I certainly like the most is their rootbeer, and the classic root beer float. Everything else just falls into place… sorry I didn’t get to take a picture of the rootbeer float. I gulped it down before I could leave this review. However they sale this cool memorabilia… you can bet your tail end i got the half gallon jug of the best rootbeer in the united states.

The staff here is top notch. No idea how they did that, but makes a world of difference! The food overall is very good. The only knock is you don’t really get any deals from using the app othet than the first time. It can get a little pricey.

Great spot to stop for food. The service was good and the food was pretty good as well. The only thing I really have to say is that A&W prices in general are a little high for what you get sometimes but it is still really good food. I’d recommend stopping.

Went through the drive thru here on a Fri night around 7:30pm. When I arrived there was one car up at the payment window and no one else in drive thru. I had to wait for 5min til someone took my order. Then when I get up to the window there is a lanky kid standing around doing absolutely nothing. Just chatting with his co-workers, who seem to only have one speed—very slow. From what I could tell looked like there was 3 of them working. Lady on the window, useless lanky kid doing nothing, and some other guy who I’m guessing was the cook. Seemed to take forever to get my order 10-15 min. I timed it. So if your in a hurry for food I do not recommend this place. Food maybe great but service sucks badly.
