02/27/2026 Spent $36.91 last night excited to eat me some good Popeyes chicken…First I was unaware they were closing for the night, My bad I thought they were serving until 9p.m and since me and my husband arrived at about 8:40p.m I figured we still had time…I mean I myself work in foods, I’m an assistant manager at that and we don’t stop serving nor making fresh pizzas up until closing but I guess every place is different…We ordered 2 spicy chicken combos, both large, and order of fried pickles and a 12pc of bone in GP wings…Neither of the spicy chicken sandwiches were spicy, plus the lady rung one of them up just classic and it looked like whoever made them just threw them together at that…The bone in GP wings were the worst of everything…Not only had they been sitting in wherever they keep them for way entirely to long, they were almost as hard as a rock and I bite into one that had a real nasty metallic like taste, they just looked so gross…The only things that were actually ok were our side and the fried pickles and after the chicken I couldn’t even eat my sides…Worst $36.91 spent and we used to enjoy eating there even though everything is so expensive and to make everything better, You try calling multiple times to talk to a manager but no one has even answered…Popeyes store #12326 what happened to the good service.??

Food is good most of the time if they get the order correct. Problem is the store doesn’t want customers to use the mobile app so customers can drive to there store and be told two hours before close they have bone-in chicken or take your order then tell you at the window that they don’t have the food and scoff when they have to cook it fresh. Just close the store early if you don’t want to work and maybe your boss can hire some employees that aren’t lazy and rude. EDIT: came after their “reopen”. Service was even worse. Big flashing open sign and still taking mobile orders but they can’t do anything to assist because they are closed now.

I would rate 0 stars if possible. Placed a mobile order at 10:12pm to pickup. The hours online state that the store closes at 11pm. I roll around the window at about 10:25 to pick up the mobile order. The open sign is still on. The manager comes to the window and tells me that they close at 10. I let her know that I ordered a mobile order after 10pm on the app and it charged me. I also let her know that the open sign is still on and the online hours state 11. She told me that they closed at 10 and wouldn’t be making the order. I asked for a refund, and they refused stating that I placed it on the app and have to go through the app. They then marked the order as fulfilled in the app despite not fulfilling it to ensure I would have a tough time getting my money back. Manager was incredibly rude and uncaring about the situation. I was hoping things would be better after the reopening but it looks like they are going to continue to decline. Truly hope the place closes.
I would recommend the chicfila down the street. Their staff is much nicer, establishment much cleaner, and I never get stuck paying for food I don’t receive there.
Adding an update: Just as I suspected initially, Popeyes will do anything but give you your money back for food you didn’t receive. Closed refund request with no resolution. Will definitely be filing a charge back with my bank and won’t be stepping foot near a Popeyes again. Chicfila here I come.

Not only did I have to wait 30 mins in the drive thru after ordering my food 30 mins prior to me arriving then they give me the complete wrong order!! Food is way too expensive to messing it up. We trust in the people to do our food right and you can’t even call the number to speak to a real person. This ridiculous. I did not order wings!!! I ordered legs, does this look like legs to you??

Paid roughly 17 dollars for a 5 piece chicken tender meal side of Mac and cheese. Didn’t get fries just chicken and Mac and cheese. Dined in. For that price I could have gone somewhere else and got a family meal. I was in the mood for Popeyes somehow I was left disappointed. The tenders were tough( not the typical tuff) the bottom of the biscuit was pure crust, hard enough to write on a blackboard. Mac and cheese is greasy to a point where it forms a puddle. Not appealing to eat either. Service was ok, nothing to talk about, The spicy Tenders wasn’t spicy. Notable damage on the walls, very noticeable damage between the Popeyes and the other store. All things considered I would avoid this store. Didn’t want to leave a negative review but too many small things that lead to a bad experience.

On 5-25-25 we picked up a 12 piece (with 2 sides, 2 peppers & 2 drinks) through the drive thru, and we spent $45, which was ridiculous. When we got home to eat, it was so dry and tasted old. We ate 4 pieces, between 3 ppl. I was going to clean the rest off the bones for my dogs. I was shocked, I got maybe enough meat for one normal piece of chicken, the rest was crust and bones!!! It was the worst chicken I’ve ever eaten, and spent $45! Do NOT eat here!

Christina was polite and professional. She cooked 2 pies fresh for us and the sandwiches were fresh and she even brought our food out to us and then the pies when they were done! Outstanding customer service and the food was good too.

The service here on Christmas Day was absolutely horrendous. I understand working on Christmas sucks look I’ve been there but the lady lied and said it was gonna be 30 minutes for chicken and we got our food as soon as we pulled up to the window. She was also just tremendously rude, cutting me off in the middle of my sentence to yell I’m sorry when I started to say I had already waited 30 minutes and I wasn’t gonna get out of line. If you’re that upset over being at work maybe put someone else on the headset lol.

Placed an online order today 1/29/2026 at 4:20pm and when I arrived at the store it was closed with a sign on the drive-thru menu and front door stating “temporarily closed due to repairs”…how do I get a refund or cancel my order? Also, why did the app accept an order for a location that is temporarily closed?
