Healthy Avenue Nutrition has quickly become one of my favorite places in town. They have yummy protein shakes, loaded teas, and drinks that actually taste incredible while being good for you. The owner is so sweet, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about helping people live healthier. The shop is always clean, vibrant, and uplifting. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a healthy treat or a positive pick-me-up during the day! Mondays you can walk in to the smell of fresh protein muffins and Wednesday’s you can get protein waffles! They always have protein balls as a treat as well! I feel good about the products they sell as they taste like they aren’t healthy for you, but they certainly are!

This place is a hidden gem! I had driven past it multiple times and did not know what I was missing out on. My husband and I stopped in for some shakes and were blown away by the selection they offer. Plus they have classes and activities to really help keep you on track and engaged with your health and community. I recommend that anyone who is looking for a tastier, healthier option than a Mcdonalds shake, stop in. The staff is great and knowledgeable about the products they offer.
