On backside of town can be tricky to find but so glad Hartwell has put $$ into fixing it up back there!! The place is perfect for families and pets. Plenty of outdoor sitting w some games in a pretty cool little area w hand painted Hartwell mural! Snow cones are good and they’re quick about getting them out.. Finally something in Hartwell besides Dairy Queen ! If in town we’re stopping by!!

Super good snowball! Staff are friendly and attentive, there are games to play and lots of seating. Puppy friendly as well. I would visit again in a heartbeat! I tried grenade flavor and loved it. Great experience start to finish

We went to Pelicans to pick up a gift card . Instead of a card, they give you Pelican coins. This is a cute idea. Let’s just hope we don’t lose any coins. The service was fast as there was no line, the worker was very nice and professional.

my coworker went and ordered us some snow cones and when i received mine it smelled like spoiled milk. which i did order condensed milk but not spoiled.. obviously. so i took it back, i hadn’t eaten any of it and just explained my situation, i was super nice because its typically not like me to complain, but when i pay almost $10 for a snow cone i expect it to be edible. the gentleman working was not who took our order, so he called the girl that did. she argued with me for about 3 minutes because i said cream and not condensed milk. she said there was nothing they could do because “the milk was just put in there” i asked if i could just have it remade and she told me no. so i didn’t get a refund, a replacement nothing.

Okay, so trust me when I say get here as soon as you can! This place is awesome, and the staff are awesome and extremely friendly! We went at almost closing time and really didn’t think they’d serve us! But they went above and beyond, never rushed us at all, and made the best frozen ice! Love love this place!

New year, same great experience. Fast and friendly. Great family atmosphere. I haven’t had a SnoBall that I didn’t like. Definitely recommend the Wild Thang. My kids like the shark attack. So many options, you can’t go wrong. If you are in the area, or not, stop by for a delicious treat that won’t break the bank.

First of all, it’s amazing how they’ve transformed the location. It looks great! There are plenty of unique flavors to choose from and we all enjoyed what we got. Fast service and the owners are great, too! Wonderful addition to Hartwell and we can’t wait to go back!

If you haven’t had pelicans yet, you don’t understand what you’re missing! My usual order is an avalanche, banana, with add-ons of, Stuffed (ice cream in the middle), condensed milk, and marshmallow topping. You don’t need to go all out the first time you go. But I will tell you that if you get something fruity, make sure you add cream!
