When a customer calls in to tell you that they are missing an item, being disrespectful and argumentative is completely uncalled for and extremely unprofessional. I was looking at my online order receipt as your employee said, “you didn’t order that” multiple times getting more frustrated with me each time and demanding a paper receipt. I wasn’t mad that item was missing, crap happens. Teach your employees how to talk respectfully to people on the phone.

Between work and home, we’ve ordered from this location about three or four times and every time the order has either been wrong or completely missing something. Good morning, I have been a Domino’s customer for over 30 years and a loyal customer at the Sparta Tennessee store from the time we moved here 7 years ago. The management of the staff exceeds my expectations. There are always ready to serve and meet me with a “hi Tex” did you place an order?” They always show me my pizza. If I ever need an employee any of this particular management staff would be hired immediately. It’s been said employees reflect the attitude of management and owner. Keep up the good work and attitude.
