I visited this subway for the first time after I finished my workout at my new gym, Workout Anytime in Merritt Island, Florida. I ordered off the app. They have an app exclusive promotion (any footlong sub for $6.99) that I took advantage of. I ordered the Meatball sub. It was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is plenty of seating and the restaurant was clean. I recommend this Subway location.

Staff is friendly and fast. Everything is clean and well maintained. The subs are made so well here! I swear they taste better here vs any other shop. I will go out of my way just to go to this particular subway for this reason! Keep it up! You all are amazing!

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a Subway. I ordered through the app at 7:40 pm and it states that our order would be ready at 7:55. We arrive at 7:55 and they have not even started our order. Finally receive our order at 8:15 and told they are out of the cookies I ordered. We were told it would take 10 minutes to bake more. Waited another 20 minutes for the cookies. An hour for 2 sandwiches and 3 cookies is absolutely ridiculous. Will NEVER come here again. And, this is double meat!

Always a great experience at this location. The customer service here is always great. The general manager that runs the place is always nice, smiling, & positive. She speaks to everyone and is very welcoming. People make the difference in a lot of places, and she makes this subway. Food is what you’d expect from a subway, but the friendly staff is what makes it the must visit Subway!

I ordered two subs online to be ready at a certain time since it was my lunch break and I’m on limited time. I showed up 5 min after the time it had told me the subs were gonna be ready. I walked in and you could tell they were busy but I wasn’t sure where I was supposed to pick up my order so I asked where I’m suppose to pick up an online order and the gentleman said oh it’s gonna be a while and said nothing else, didn’t ask me my name didn’t say they were busy and apologize for the wait nothing well that’s not good enough for me since I placed my order in time for it to be made. I will be going to the other location from now on, I get it gets busy but that was definitely not handled right
