First thing Julie did after clocking in was clean up everything in the lobby that hadn’t been done from at least 1:30 to 4 – yes I was there that long. Amber’s friendly tone was heard with each customer she spoke with! The whole atmosphere seemed to have improved after 2:30 when one woman clocked out.
Somehow, she had processed my order as to go, but I was dining in. I don’t believe I was even asked if it was for here or to go, but on the slight chance I was, I definitely would’ve said here!
I honestly did not catch her name, & it’s always possible she just had a long day or something. But when she took my order, I asked to please let them know I wanted extra crispy bacon, but she stoically stated they don’t have a way to do that. Even when I noted that they did so a couple weeks ago when I was there, she never did say anything to the back line!
Now, if YOU know the bacon is already crispy, rather than telling the customer what they’re asking for can’t be done, just put the order in & finish the transaction with a 3d smile. Surely you will already have smiled when you said hi (1) & found a 2d opportunity to do so as well.
The customer will enjoy the food & remember your good customer service!! My 25 cents.

I feel that Connie should be promoted!!! She always fixes errors that have happened while ordering my food. She is prompt, precise , and friendly service with a smile even tho she is carrying the slack of higher management and team members! I will only come when I know she is working!!!! Give this chick a freaking RAISE AND PROMOTION!!

Updated: I am very rarely disappointed by staff. They are as prompt as can be for fast food service, until lunch rush obviously. However, lettuce I get sometimes when I’m being charged 50 cents…. I would like more than one soggy piece, please. (This happened multiple times. I let it go, I can get a bag of lettuce for like 99 cents, I will put my own lettuce on.. point is, I shouldn’t have to if I am paying 50 cents for lettuce on a sandwich.)
All in all, though, good experiences. I’ve never had cold fries or burgers, so that is good.
The server I had one day was very rude. She barely recognized I was there and almost forgot to give us our straws. I had to ask for a drink carrier, and she didn’t greet and send me off, just slammed the window in my face. I usually have nice people at the window, but not this time.. :/

Friendly staff, fast and fresh food. Didnt have to wait long and fries were nice and crunchy and not too salty. Love that they send out coupons regularly, makes a treat less expensive!

Went in and ordered food with family. Am employee said something to us for sitting at a designated empty table to practice social distancing. Yet every table in the lobby that didn’t have a sign on it was dirty. Then she proceeds to tell me that I was rude for not coming up and asking for a table to be wiped off. By far not the best customer service I’ve ever experienced

The cashier rang up the order and gave us the burgers made wrong also my soda lid was not on tight and spilt all over the car. and tell them they made the burger wrong so they made a new one. It was to only have pickles and catsup on it and we got it and it had onions on it. They are very rude. The manager that was on was very rude. You guys are lucky u got 1 star.

Got new garlic thickburger, sat in drive thru for ~20 minutes, thinking ok it will be fresh. Got food and drove 3 blocks to home. Burger was cold, would not melt the cheese, ate a couple bites of it anyway because I was starving and came out with a big long curly hair! Fries were old and cold. Sweet tea, I asked for no ice, they filled the cup with ice, so I got very little tea. Very dissapointed in my meal!!!

Menu items don’t reflect what is given. New limited time item had a bun without sesame seeds on it. Get item with a bun that is covered with them… Had melted cheese on picture but came with no cheese and was dry! The crew did manage to make a cheeseburger correctly. Honestly I was out hunting and it wasn’t slammed with customers. Crew looked very young and might not have a great management team. Plenty of options to choose from elsewhere for your money.

Along with being yummy…if you go later in the evening sometimes they’ll sell ya like 4 cherry turnovers for a 1$$$ (you have to be polite and also order 1 or 2 turnovers anyway) I find it so sad how empty Hardee’s have turned put to become because the quality is much better than most extrememely busy places***
