This was a first time experience. Very dark inside with the black ceiling, dark painted walls, and dim lights. Couldn’t find an updated menu (3yrs ago was the last). Prices were $20-$30 average a plate. Food was excellent. We did and App and two pasta meals. Also had 3 cocktails. All very good. Sat at the bar and the staff was BUSY but very prompt and friendly. Would definitely go again. Two people: 5 drinks, 2 meals, 1 app= approximately $142

I’ve been to the Steel District location and it was great, so I expected the same from the 69th Street location. Unfortunately, it was a big disappointment.
The French onion soup was good, but the meat in the Jack Club Dip tasted old and reheated. The mushroom risotto was just mush.
I won’t be back to this location and wouldn’t recommend it.

Need to bring back the original chislic sauce. The white sauce, it was perfect and 10x better than the Demi glaze. Please. I used to go ALONE just for the chislic, now I can’t have it anymore. This photo is my screensaver, just to remind me of the joy it brought me.

Excellent food! We ordered appetizers and drinks and everything was great. Kind of pricey, but well worth it in my opinion. Bartender/Server was very nice, and really knows his craft! We’ll definitely be going back frequently, this was our 5th time there and it’s always been 5 star. Their fried mushrooms are the best in town!

We loved our experience here! The cocktails, food and decor were outstanding! It was the prohibition-era party weekend and no details were missed. The staff were dressed up and so were several guests! The menu had so many great options as well. The fried grilled cheese bite with tomato bisque was something delish! It was our first time but we will be back.

We started off strong with Parmesan truffle fries and green goddess dressing. We weren’t sure what to expect with the dressing, but we really liked it and the fries were perfectly done.
Unfortunately when our entrees came, two of the three dishes were luke warm at best. Our server didn’t check on us for a while, even though we were one of only a few tables, so by the time he did it wasn’t really worth it to ask him to warm them up
Lobster Campanelle – the flavor was good but this dish was hardly warm, making it hard to enjoy.
Parmesan Chicken – Again, this was hardly warm. The chicken was weird… along with the random side tomatoes.
Pesto Vin Blanc Pasta – This was the best dish of the 3. The flavor was good and it was actually warm/hot. This chicken tasted much better than the Parmesan chicken.
Overall, this will probably not be a place we return to.

We had a steak and the Mahi and it was cooked to perfect. We also had super moist chocolate cake.
Beyond that though, the service was top notch. We had an issue with a 50 dollar gift card we were given and it showed empty. The waiter went above and beyond, reached out to management and they honored it anyway. As first time diners, this is incredibly impressive.
Thank you guys for a wonderful date night with my wife.

Food was fantastic! Service was a smidge slow but we gave it Grace with it being newly opened and how busy it was. Steak was cooked perfectly! Wide selection of wine and cocktails. Chicken I had in my dish was juicy and tender. We will be back! Overall, extremely happy with Jack Rose.

Wow. Had an absolutely perfect birthday dinner tonight with two friends. First time visiting and happened to come during happy hour. The apps we had wanted to try were on the list for $3 off. Service was outstanding, our friends drinking soda and water never got below half a glass before a new glass was whisked in its place. Great recommendations from the server as well. My wagyu hanging tenderloin market price was $45 today but I had actually expected to pay more. The level of tenderness and flavors was just outstanding. Best steak I have had in years! Was cooked to a true medium rare as requested. Very much enjoyed the jalapeño bacon brussels sprouts as well. Lightly charred with what I think was some of the bacon fat drizzled on top that came together quite well. Had a bite of my wife’s parmesan crusted chicken that was top notch as well. Place was very stylish and comfortable, wall of bottles on the bar was very impressive as well. If you have a guest that wanted a certain top shelf liquor they wouldn’t be left wanting. A very high quality restaurant with some more premium options available but surprisingly some of their signature cocktails were 3-5 dollars less than I would expect to pay downtown so there is a balance. My blood orange margarita was very tasty. I will definitely be back.
