Do NOT come here. I ordered food on their website and had my husband pick it up. We were missing everything for the kids meal but the sandwich. My husbands sandwich was poorly made- it had the paper in the sandwich, my daughter also found GUM in her soup. I called the manager to speak to Trisha twice. She sounded like she was out of it, and she told me she would refund the meal, which hasn’t been done. She also told me chewing gum was against their policy, and I asked her to please pull the footage for that time, she put me on hold for almost 20 mins to come back and say she would investigate the matter further and asked what else I wanted considering shes already refunding the food. I also asked how long it would take her to investigate and call me back and she told me to “please just wait and they will get back with me”
Needless to say I wouldnt waist my money coming here.

I ordered the same meal every time as this brings me enjoyment. I had a server whose name is FOSTER and he decides to correct me on my pronunciation and took a very sarcastic and obnoxious attitude with me. He then acts like he doesn’t understand what I’m saying and wants me to repeat my entire order not once but twice. He knew that he was in the wrong and half heartedly complimented me after I gave him a disapproving look.
Potbelly please do better when hiring people and teach proper customer etiquette and communication in your training program. Nobody deserves to be treated poorly, especially when that individual is being courteous to the server.

Ordered online. Came home..they made a mistake on my sandwich. Called. Customer service was not the friendliest and seemed almost irritated I called. Told them I wanted a refund because they gave me the wrong sandwich against my allergies. They said refund could take up to 7-10 business days and laughed at me. Not impressed. Don’t waste your time or money. My friend said she had a similar problem

Food is always great at potbelly. Wish I could say the same about the people. My bill was $30 I only had a $100 and the lady doesn’t even open the register and tells me I can’t give you change for that. Mind you it’s 12:20pm so in the register you don’t have 3-$20s and a $10? Then the lady gives us attitude because one of my cards declined which I wasn’t planning on paying with. She looked like she absolutely hates her job and ruined the experience for me. I planned on a nice date for my fiance and I couldn’t even bare to be in the building anymore. Thanks Chloe!

For awareness purposes. The tuna is hot so if you are getting a delivery and think your getting a cold sandwich, it’s not and that is how they make it.☹️ And they did not add any of the toppings that were requested. Probably a good thing since the tuna was hot.

I dont like giving 1 star reviews but I have to here. I have had this Potbelly mess my order up so many times I stopped going there for a couple years. I ran there for a short lunch break and had a specific salad I was going to order. Of course when I got back to work it was the complete wrong thing. The salad has almost twice the sodium as the one I ordered and it is important to me to limit sodium intake. I could only eat half of the salad just to stay in line with my goals. I just can’t keep going to a place that routinely messes my order up and I don’t want to sit in the drive through and check everything. I probably won’t be back to this location ever again.

We hadn’t been to Pot Belly in years, but always have enjoyed eating there. We were out running errands and decided to have dinner here on Friday night. Needless to say, our years of way inspired us to order way too much food for one meal, but led us to some delicious and other not so delicious tastes.
I ordered the steakhouse beef combo (with jalapeño Zapps potato chips), mac and cheese, and half an apple walnut salad. My husband ordered the Italian combo (with salt and vinegar potato chips) and a cup of chili.
We both wanted tea, but there was no tea out for self-service. We asked and they did have fresh tea for the drive thru menu which the staff kindly filled and refilled for us. I just thought it was strange to not have any for the main dining room at 6:30p on a Friday.
The steakhouse beef was just a disappointing sandwich. 🙁 It’s described as “angus roast beef, crumbled blue cheese, provolone, horseradish aioli”. I love all of the words in this description and was really excited for my sandwich. Unfortunately, the beef was very fatty, as in just full bites of fat that I couldn’t eat. The blue cheese crumbles were incredibly overpowering and completely detracted from the taste of the sandwich. Other toppings were fresh, but I couldn’t even taste the provolone, don’t even know if it was there. And the peppers seemed different. Not sure if it was just my sandwich, but we could’ve sworn the hot peppers used to be a green and red pepper mix, I just had green peppers. My husband, however, enjoyed the chili and the Italian. I enjoyed the mac and cheese and took the salad home.
The restaurant itself was clean, there was plenty of seating, and the young people who were working were friendly enough. They repeated our order back to us and were efficient in moving us to the register.

Im a first time guest at potbellie sandwiches and im thouroughly unimpressed! I’ve never been here before and the associates were very uninformative and did not want to listen to me as well as had attitude. I tried to ask questions on how to order and they didn’t answer my questions correctly and just continued to make a sandwich I needed to adjust. After trying to get my sandwich and my boyfriends situated, they proceeded to charge me three times and tried to say their system was screwed up and it would go through. We eneded up leaving with our meals comped but we’re never coming back to this location again.

My husband and I ordered Potbelly’s for the first time last night and our experience was out of this world. Food was delicious and taste amazing. I had ordered the BLTA with baked lays and my husband had the veggie melt and medditerian sandwich. We will definitely be ordering from there again.
