They have gone down hill in the year I have been going to this location, service, speed, and food quality. Used to be a good lunch spot but not so much anymore.
They never give food at the drive through, they make you move and wait in front of their building. I can only assume this is to keep their “Drive through time” down. Then you will wait 10-15 minutes for food that is not even fresh and hot.
Very disappointed almost every time we give them a try.

Haven’t been here for awhile and today reminded me why. Ordered 2 for $7, and what a rip off! Would never pay over $6 each for these! “Classic chicken” looked like it was a “crispy chicken” ($2 something one) – no pickle and not light mayo (sure didn’t look like what their chicken used to anyway). Dave’s single had 2 tiny pickles and not light mayo/ketchup, and burger patty was thin and dry. Cold fries. Wendy’s in general used to be so good, but not anymore. I live several miles from the store – guess I need to check my order before leaving town but I shouldn’t have to .

Very clean store. It seems like they’ve got it pretty stream lined, cause I was seeing cars steadily going through the drive thru, while we were eating. Tho I’ve never been a big chicken nugget fan, I was pleasantly surprised with the ones that came in my $5 box. Looking forward to going back.

Just got home opened the 2 pub fries and 1 baconator fry and the bacon is black!! No exaggeration straight BLACK and burned..how do the cooks not know its burned??? Seriously??? Is it lack of interest? They dont care? Or food ignorant? food ignorance means get another job! And these fast food places are paying good money now! More than minimum wage! More than these cooks deserve for sure!

Hands down the worst fast food in Claremore. Doesn’t matter who is working there, the service is always slow and you just might not get what you ordered. Check those bags. Putting two burgers into a bag must be pretty difficult for the geniuses that they employ here.

Waited over 10 mins and got cold overcooked fries and the lady that took my order told me that sweet chili replaces sweet n sour and that it tasted the same …well they do not taste the same at all! Only good thing is my nuggets were warm!
