We live right around the corner from this Little Caesars pizza, and they make really good pizza, different from others! It’s always fresh and it does seem to be better than the other franchises around!
We want to give a good shout out to Aaron, he was really polite and nice, he made us a fresh pizza, and also walked out to the car to deliver it to us in our car in 15° snowy weather! It’s people like this that you need for a great service! Thanks Aaron!

first time trying the little Caesars pepperoni pizza puffs. They look great the commercial the ones I got at the White Lake store. One looks like the commercial the other three are half the size. Also, I gotta tell you seems like a decent young man working your counter, but it’s got the personality of a rock. I didn’t know if these were premade kept hot or how they came So I did a walk-in and ordered them. The gentleman told me it would be just a couple minutes. 12 minutes 12 to 15 minutes later was actually the time. I could’ve left and come back As I needed to go to another store, terrible communication from the young man. I’m sure you know who he is. He also doesn’t say thank you

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. I ordered through the Little Caesar’s website, paid for delivery & added a 20% tip. I did NOT receive everything I paid for. When I called the restaurant, she blamed it on the Door Dash driver (again, I purchased through the Little Caesar’s website, not Door Dash). I did not have a choice of who they use for delivery. The employee at little Caesars said I could come pick up the missing items, to which I responded “why should I have to do that after I paid for delivery”. She told me it is Door Dash’s fault & to call the driver. I called the driver, she said it’s not her fault because she grabbed everything they had set aside for the order. I called the restaurant back, & she basically told me too bad & call corporate. Nothing but finger pointing, hassle, & run around. You’ve guaranteed that I won’t be back. Learn how to check orders & ensure the customer gets what they paid for. If mistakes happen, make it right without further inconveniencing your customers. I want a refund for my inconvenience.

The cashier that took the order put it in wrong. 2cheese,1 ham,1 sausage,2 pepperoini, and 6 crazy combos. The cashier got a custom round that was ham and sausage.and 6 2crazy combos iswhat she put down. Then she proceeded to argue with us about the order. Ordered THICK crust and ham. Received neither. When returned, associated argued. When we received the corrected pizza, we discovered they added ham to the original and returned it to us. This was THE WORST pizza experience. I had medical tests and was allowed NO food until finished, at 3 pm, I was starving. The thin crust is totally unacceptable because it cuts my gums and roof of my mouth. Total waste of money and time. Don’t waste yours, Eat Somewhere Else!

Walked in and picked up 2 hot and ready w pizzas and a crazy bread. We live 4 minutes away. When we got home, both pizzas were cold and hard. Literally like rock hard. The sauce was dried out and crusty. It was literally the worst pizza I’ve ever paid for. It truly was like second day old pizza. I wish I would have noticed before we left or I would have not even bought it. My kids were so grossed out there wouldn’t even eat it. My son was banging the pizza on the table because it was so hard.

Had to stop going there a few months ago because the pizzas were never edible, we found out there was a new manager and things seem to be great during the daytime. I was wrong. I just went up there to get dinner for my kids and when I got home, I realize they sent us home a pile of grease mush and cheese that wasn’t even cut all the way through and I had to drive up there again and return it. These young managers do not care about what they’re sending out and they do not care that they’re wasting peoples time and money and resources. I will never be back to that location. Disgusting.

Employees are RUDE! I have always swapped the red sauce for the cream cheese dip. Always. This location, milford, Waterford. Always have been able to swap. This location apparently not anymore. They dont even keep the sauce out front like they are supposed to. This locations owner is a cheapskate and will never earn another penny of my money.

I ordered carry out yesterday evening – great service. I called in my order, the gentleman (Brian?) Toon my order, advised they were close to closing but if I could make it in time, we’d be set. I agreed. While ordering, he offered a combo that better fit what I was ordering & at a better rate. It made my ordering easy and painless. My husband picked up the order shortly after and it was hands down the best we’ve had! Pretzel/nacho cheese pizza with breadsticks; thank you for a great dinner! We will be returning
