The staff and the food are amazing. My go to place for breakfast. But all the food there is amazing I’ve been going there for years and I’ve never had a problem.

I am writing this because I have been a loyal customer for a long time, visiting at least once or twice a week. However, the quality of the food has been declining steadily while prices continue to rise.
My recent experiences have been very disappointing:
• The Club Sandwich: It has become almost entirely lettuce. My last sandwich was 5 inches thick, but 4 7/8 inches of that was just lettuce. There was no turkey at all, one paper-thin slice of tomato, and a single strip of bacon cut in half. Paying $14.00 for what is essentially a “lettuce sandwich” is unacceptable.
• Lack of Concern: When I mentioned the issue, the response was a dismissive “oh well.”
• Food Safety/Preparation: Last week, I ordered the hamburger steak and it served basically raw.
• Inaccuracy: My side orders are frequently incorrect.
I’ve always been a good tipper, but it is hard to justify returning when the standards have dropped this low. I truly hope you can return to the quality you used to have, as this used to be my favorite place to go.

Great hope in the wall with wonderful staff! We us our food out within 5 minutes of ordering and it was all spiced to perfection! The staff is very friendly & attentive. Not to mention the price point, by far the best priced diner in a 30 mile radius.

The restaurant was busy, but the wait was not too long. Our waiter was very attentive to our table. The coffee was good. I had the 3 Egg breakfast with home fries, homemade wheat toast, scrambled eggs and a homemade sausage patty. The sausage patty and toast were very good. The wife had the chicken and waffles. She said the chicken was tender and juicy.

An only locals spot? Lived here for years and finally went to R’s Diner. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and breakfast ALL day! I had the pineapple stuffed chicken salad with fruit and cottage cheese. A beautiful presentation and delicious! I have made three meals out of it, so yes portion sizes are generous. Store is clean, staff are friendly. Can’t wait to go back and try other menu items. I’d say, try this place! PS they serve beer and wine too! Oh and PSS prices are very reasonable!

Went here today while visiting my parents and was incredibly impressed. The ambiance isn’t much but the food was incredibly delicious. I had the Country Fried Steak and eggs and my husband had the ham and eggs. I am telling you the COUNTRY FRIED STEAK MELTED IN MY MOUTH!! The prices were reasonable and the service was very good. And their bathroom was clean, comfortable and roomy… a huge bonus for the plus-size traveler!!

Had a great breakfast here. The staff were so incredibly nice. It made my day. The food was fantastic. It’s not a big location but the staff, prices and quality make it! I’ll be back!
