Im surprised by all of the negative reviews, they always give us great wings, good customer service and 98% of the time my order is ready by the time i get there to pick up from an online order(minus super bowl sunday which is expected so not a big deal to me whatsoever). We usually order at least once or twice a month from them. I can almost guarantee the bad reviews about customer service etc are from already grumpy customer just looking to take out their anger on teenagers and young adults who are working hard and doing a job alot of people dont want to do; which is work in the food industry. (Minus the wrong orders, which also happens, everyones human and make mistakes).

Im highly upset with last night service. I ordered the honey hot rub. Each time I’ve ordered in the past its always came with sauce. The wings I received last night had zero sauce. We checked our order in the car and I told my boyfriend this isn’t what we ordered based on other order experiences at the same location. I had the kids in the car so my boyfriend went inside to see if they can fix our order. Nika employee said its our order and if there’s anything wrong its on us. We ordered incorrectly. Now I went back multiple times to check out the flavors and there is no other flavors on the site I would have used differently in the past to order wrong. I even called a friend who ordered in the past the honey hot and they confirmed I ordered correctly. So I asked my boyfriend to just ask for a refund. Kids are picky they weren’t going to eat wings with no sauce. Nika then told my boyfriend that its not California and we are not getting a refund. I am not going to lie I got disrespectful but I thought he had me on speaker so when he told me Nika started yelling at him I thought it was due to her hearing me on phone. He told me he took me off speaker the moment he realized I was pissed so the employee got no bad treatment for us so i dont understand the shitty customer service she provided my boyfriend. I dont know why she felt the need to think she can disrespect him. Maybe due to his accent? So not only did a 20 min order for pick up take 40 min then there was another 20 min of refusing to fix the order or a refund. We didn’t want to take the food with a refund we wanted to exchange it. It was untouched, never left the parking lot and we were flat out refused and treated like garbage. At the end of this debate were offered a store credit for 10 wings but we had ordered and paid for 20. I wouldn’t want store credit after this experience as we are never coming back. We declined and decided to leave as we got nowhere. I don’t get how three different order occasions my wings have had sauce and one occasion it has none. I normally order boneless, not sure if that’s why but if the customer is not happy and the food was not touched just provide the refund and let’s move on instead of waisting an hour of each other’s lives. Our family would never come back. I woke up still upset about our treatment. Why a manager is not working at all times is beyond me. When Nika did phone her manager she made sure she said they want a refund but I provided what they ordered and the manager accepted that explanation over phone and also declined our refund. Bravo on not asking further questions on why a customer would ask for a refund if received what they ordered. Every reason for people not to come back.

Usually don’t come on here but it’s getting out of hand. as you can see below, this bone in is raw! i had at 1 and noticed it tasted different and felt different, i didnt eat more because i just didn’t like it. my mom opened the box and saw right away how raw this was ♀️I have been contacting robert, the manager there. He is no help! He keeps saying he will look into it, that he will get my refund bc it wasn’t just this food, my boyfriends boneless were red inside!!! NASTYYY UGH. hate that it was my favorite place now I hate the customer service of managers and hate the fact yall don’t care about the customers well being. Keep in fact that i’m early pregnant! You never know what that nasty raw food can do. it’s food poisoning is short words. all they tell me is “you have to wait” “it’s getting processed” “if you don’t receive it this day wait another week” like what?? I want my money now. it’s unbelievable. hope you guys get better because I have worked at fast food and we would automatically give them there cash back if they had prove the food was raw! your store is bullshit respectfully…

This place is always a disappointment. The staff is always unfriendly and orders are always late. Every time you schedule an online order they always take an extra 30 to 45 minutes to actually get your order in the system and ready. They always forget to put the order in or just make up some random excuse of why your order is late. I stopped going there for the same reason but decided to give it today another try but the same thing happened. I was supposed to get my order at 2:30 pm and I didn’t get it until 3:15 pm. When i got to the place they hadn’t put my order in the syatem. They had to print out the order because they forgot to check for online orders and mine was never placed. They didn’t even admit they made a mistake or apologize. When they finally gave me my order the cashiers just put the bag in the front counter and left to the back. Didn’t want to look at me after everything that happened. Just avoid going to this location. It’s embarrassing and a huge waste of time. You can get better wings some place else

Food is not great, staff is okay but management treats them poor kids so bad. I don’t understand how a grown 30 year old is working at Wing Stop, but she shouldn’t take it out on the teenagers. Harley who is a manager demands respect from the staff but speaks to them in such a rude manner, mainly the female employees. I have noticed she’s nicer to the males which doesn’t make it okay. She’s a grown adult, she should know better. I am definitely making a call to corporate!

I love to take my daughter out to Wingstop As a treat when it’s just the two of us occasionally. We absolutely love the lemon pepper wings and the mild buffalo wings and their fries are just to die for! I’ve never had the bone in but the Boneless are phenomenal. We were in Tolleson the other day and there happened to be a Wingstop, so we stopped and had lunch and they definitely met our Wingstop expectation. I always wish that they presented their food that was being consumed in store outside of a takeout bag, and that there was a trash can available to customers, but no reason to give them anything other than a five-star review. I’m kinda surprised on the reviews, I read for this Wingstop location. Typically we call ahead and place our order, but this time we just walked in and placed our take out order. The wait time was 20 minutes and the crowd in the dinning area was very minimal for a Saturday lunch timeframe. There was no negative staff vibe going on here, Eduardo at the counter was very friendly. We ordered their 24 pc Family Classic Wings bone in, with fries and veggie sticks. Everything was delicious, food was hot.

Unfortunately this is my nearest Wingstop and I shouldn’t have to be driving 15-20 minutes to get decent wings when this place should be doing it. They always give the driest wings, the worst customer service, and overall a bad experience. Today I requested my wings with extra sauce but instead they just gave me extremely oily wings to the point it sept through the bag. They added a gross amount to the point it wasn’t enjoyable, they added too much saying like “here shut up.” I really hope this place gets new management because I order 2-3 times a week and always disappointed.
