I used to love pizza hut. But after going on some international vacations, it’s obvious USA pizza hut is the worst. It’s not that it’s “bad” just very bland. For the price i do prefer some of the other pizza franchises.
However i will say this. Their meatlovers stuffed crust is still one of my all time favs. This location does do good service. Just wish the brand itself would consider some optional seasoned sauce, rather than boarderline ketschup. Just my opinion tho.

Pizza Hut pizzas and breadsticks were my favorite until yesterday. We ordered the big dinner box online. After we came home and opened the box, we noticed the breadsticks were in deep brown color and it tasted tough and old as if they were cooked and recooked again. And unlike the original pan crust we loved, the crust on the pizza was dry. We ended up throwing the whole thing away. What a waste of $30+ (w/tip). Very disappointed!

We ordered a large pan cheese pizza tonight and it was so good! Perfect amount of sauce and cheese! We had it delivered so I didn’t go into the store but usually when I do go in, the staff are friendly and the store is clean. Anyway, so good! Thank you!

I ordered 2 medium pizzas. I got a call about 10 minutes later saying that the pizzas I ordered, They didn’t have any more dough for it. And to make more it would take about 30 minutes longer. I told them that was fine. I waited the 30 minutes went in to pick up My pizzas grabbed them, went to work. Open the boxes and they were not the hand tossed crust I had ordered and waited an extra 30 minutes for. Terrible service.

There is always just a single worker with their headphones on in the back. There’s never more than one employee at that place. Food is always pretty good, although overpriced. It just seems like every time I go in.There needs to be 2 employees.There are 12 cook the pizza and the other to hand out orders but there’s only ever one. There have been many times where my order has been delayed at least 5-ten minutes because the pizza is ready but it can’t be handed to me.

We hadn’t ordered for a while, but we were lazy tonight. The order arrived fast, the pizza was hot and the family was very pleased with Pizza Hit tonight! Way better than the last time we ate here and we will order again. The $12 special is also nice!
Updated Review. $5 for delivery fee is ridiculous! We all know some of that goes to the driver for gas etc, but it’s hurting your drivers tips. I’m sure the driver would rather just have the whole $5. I was going to tip $6, which I consider decent. (I was a pizza driver at one point) but after your excessive fee, there’s not much left for the drive. I tipped $3 extra. That’s $8 in fees on a $20 order.
