Horrible customer service, some of them are just rude. Second time having the same girl with a low haircut make my bowl and she’s very sloppy with making the bowl. First time she dropped the guac out the bowl and scooped it up with her hand and spoon and put it in the trash charged me $20. 2nd time she made the bowl once again sloppy and over did it with the guac (like who needs all that) charged me about $15 for the same exact thing. Made no sense. Then she looks at you like your dumb. Do not recommend this chipotle!!!!

This Chipotle has gotten much better over the past few years however, they over salt the food now, especially lately. Whoever is working the kitchen is putting way too much salt on everything and I can barely get through 1/4 of my bowl. It’s a shame because this was becoming my favorite location again. Just use less salt folks! Everything else is great.

This is the best Chipotle I’ve been to. The first wow factor was the Lady sharpening her blade like she’s working on her second Michelin & then prepping like she’s done rangiri since she was 5. I was ordering for a party that included someone who has Celiac, and as soon as I announced that she was already in the process of changing her gloves and pulling out cheese and meat uncontaminated. They keep them in special bins inside of the fridge. She was attentive and on top of everything and marked individual containers which were both gluten free based on what was in them. I did not even have to ask. From start to finish all three of the staffs were exceptionally attentive and very polite. As opposed to some of the other Chipotle locations, the ingredients here or were better chopped and more fresh. Sophie, Abby & Autumn deserve a star from corporate. They get 5 from me.

at least the 3rd time we have ordered online, driven over to the chipotle, only to find it is closed and will be closed for 3 additional days. This is really getting old. Had to figure out how to dispute the charges and get my CC charge cancelled. Good friends and neighbors report the same thing. I need to find another fast food pick up restaurant. I’ve also experience very light servings, even when ordering extra meat $$, extra veggies, cheese, etc. My bowl comes in less than half full (see image) while the wife’s regular bowl at $8.99 is full, while my $14 “extra everything” is half full. Very, *VERY* disappointed in this store. We have been avid and frequently chipotle fans for years in several cities. This store is the worst…. by far! We now avoid and go to Jalape~nos.
If you don’t have the staff, close the store. Don’t allow online orders when its closed for 3 days… Seriously.

This location continues to disappoint. The service is terrible and I don’t think anyone working in this place has any customer service experience. The inconsistent portion size is maddening as well. Is it really that difficult to use actual measuring cups rather than whatever the person filling your order decides is enough. Get new management and learn how to train people. This place is a joke.

Hours always changing . One day they are open 4-8 today the sign shows 5-8. Outside waiting for store to open at 5:04pm with a line already forming . The store still didn’t open and time with more than 5 staffers within the inside. Need better management ! When they opened they were out of everything !
