This was my second time here (post new grand opening). I’m really trying to understand how you are fast food and can’t get 5 orders out of the window on time without parking 2-3 cars to wait. Then you park said cars and forget about them. The young lady that helped me was sweet. Thank God! You all need to not be fast food if you can’t keep up even with no cars in the drive-through. My food order was 2 breasts, a large coleslaw, a pie, and peppers. You all had no breasts, but I waited. No biggie I had to wait, but a 5-8 minute wait became 30. Plus, I don’t know what store owner told the staff to halfway fill side containers, but that’s not right. I ordered a family size large side of coleslaw and had 2 inches of space left in the container to fill. I received a regular cole slaw to make up for this but it barely made up the difference in the large container. You all ought to be ashamed of yourselves for being that cheap. You need to fix it. Food costs too much money for you all to not give customers what they paid for.

Terrible customer service. Inside the dining area was very dirty,food and trash was all over the floor. Drive thru line by the door entrance had bags of trash in the walkway. Placed an online order here only to be told that we had to come inside to receive our order, came inside and they did not know anything about our order. Only to have my daughter waiting in there for about an hour. It took me to drive to the store personally myself to figure out what’s going on. And to recieve my order because they was giving my wife and daughter the run around. This is bad business and Terrible customer service. I will never spend my money at this establishment again, especially how dirty the store was inside and out. Like didn’t this place just re-open not too long ago? It’s filthy…this place needs NEW MANAGEMENT ASAP!!!

Horrendous customer service!
I visited the Church’s on Main Street in Zachary, Louisiana, at approximately 4 p.m. on Dec. 19, 2025. First, I noticed an employee repeatedly leaving the store to go to his car to smoke a joint, clearly visible to customers in the drive-thru. The smell was undeniable.
Second, after placing my order, I was not informed that this location was out of original chicken. After waiting 35 to 40 minutes in the drive-thru and reaching the window to pay more than $30 for my family’s meal, I was then told they only had spicy available.
Overall, this location is extremely disorganized. Management and staff were unprofessional, and the experience was very disappointing. I will likely not return, which is unfortunate because I genuinely enjoy their food when the service is handled properly.

Sloooooooooow…. Everyone is in slow motion. Stood in line for 15 minutes while 1 counter person “helped” each customer. Finally after seeing them help 2 people in 15 minutes and 3 people still ahead of me, I followed the lead of 2 others who left the line and I walked out too. I live in Zachary and won’t ever be back. Nice remodeled store gone to waste…

I order spicy tenders and they gave me regular tenders.I looked at my receipt and it said regular tender and I ask the lady at the window why my receipt says regular tenders and she insured me the tenders will be spicy.This the second time they’ve done this.A week ago I order spicy chicken got home and I had regular chicken.Im pissed off no one will answer the phone,I tried to call up there to tell them about the situation.I want to take the food back but I done drove all the way home and don’t feel like driving all the way back up there.I’ll take the food back up there tomorrow when I get off work.I hate the regular chicken and tenders I only eat the spicy meat.

Refunds are not processed, customer service will advise you it will take 48 hours for a manager to call you.
Recent order: It took almost 1 hour for me to get my mobile order. I order it at 4:13p and walk out a little after 5 pm with my order.

Did online order. went in was totally ignored. chicken was spicy not mild..cold chicken..cold mashed potatoes..Large coleslaw had a small one dumped in it. wasn’t even half full..its way worse since the reopening..

If I could give them a zero I would I pulled up about 30 minutes before closing. I waited at the speaker for 15 minutes and they cut the lights off on me once I pulled up to the window. The young lady told me that they didn’t have anything as I watched her proceeding, putting all the food in a bag for her to take home. And I have a video on my phone. I wish I can post it on here. I would like to speak to someone from corporate. This is very sad. This is not my first incident at this church is if they don’t want to work, they don’t need to be hired. I came all the way from Central, Louisiana, just for nothing to be very disappointed. I would never shop with churches chicken again.

Did pickup and they said it would be ready at 6:30. It took until 7:10. They served people at the register before us. And they came at 7. Terrible system. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE!
