Uncle Fatih’s Richmond location is absolutely amazing! Their pizzas are always loaded with generous toppings, with a perfect crust that tastes fresh every time. The customer seating area is comfortable and always spotless, showing how much they care about cleanliness. The staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and provide fast service. Great little pizza place right in the Brighouse bus loop. Order by the slice or the whole pizza. Wonderful taste , inside is nice and clean. Service is quick, but be sure not to drive into the bus loop. They are also open late for those who are in the area later at night.

Ordered here countless of times from the very Beginning where i see the owner baking the pizza himself. Now the quality and quantity of toppings has gone down significantly. The taste is passable. Ordered the Alfredo steak, the steak was tiny bits size and super thin. Couldn’t even taste the steak at all, taste more like a vegetarian pizza. The meatballs are soo small and dry, not worth the price at all. The tomato sauce did not help. Super disappointed, if this continues, I will stopped ordering from here.

Went in to get my surprise bag via TooGoodToGo. I paid 6.99 and got 5 large pieces of assorted pizza. It was a good deal for 6.99. They gave you option to reheat it when you pick it up. I heat it up at home in the oven and it was good as good. The pizza was thin and loaded with toppings. I got mostly vegetarian and it works better for me. I highly recommend the surprise bag if you are tight on budget but still want to enjoy good food. Download the TooGoodtogo app and you can see participating stores. Give it a try!

My partner and I were overjoyed to see a branch open so close Richmond Mall & Richmond Brighouse Station.
The interior is stylist and clean. The staff are always welcoming and super friendly. They pay attention to their customers.
Their pizzas totally blow all their surrounding competition away. The prices are great for the sizes you can get.
We’ve been wanting a really good pizza place and for the last 3 years we have been very disappointed. Until now.
I would highly recommend stopping by this branch if you’re craving pizza and are in the area.

Best pizza slices and service!! Would definitely recommend for variety of pizza slices. I also ordered two times for delivery from their in store delivery. It was on time and the pizza was still hot and fresh. The people working are friendly and polite. Really liked the atmosphere of the whole store. 5/5.

I’m updating my review again 09/Jan/2026 and attached some photos. I’m very disappointed with this uncle fatih location. Since when have they started serving pizza dough with a side of toppings? The miniscule amount of toppings on the pizzas I just received is downright embarrassing. Look how much space there is from the edge of the toppings to the edge of the crust. Absolutely terrible. I am never ordering from here again and I hope this place goes out of business if this is the type of product that are serving their customers. Are you kidding me? Terrible.

Murat from the Richmond location was very helpful, apologized for the inconvenience of the website issues and nobody answering the phone. He offered me 2 free mediums of my choice, which is what I was originally trying to order. Thank you very much for offering this so I could try your pizza.
I was happy with my pizzas which were garlic chicken and veggie. Their pizza isn’t like others I’ve tried and it’s much different from a “traditional” kind of pizza like Richmond No5 or Roundtable. The crust was very different, but good. Oh and it was good cold leftover the next morning too.
It was really good pizza, but if you’re expecting something like Richmond No5 or Roundtable you’ll probably be disappointed because it’s just not really the same style of pizza.
I’d say it’s somewhere in between pizza hut and Richmond No5 in terms of quality and tastiness.
I’ve tried most of the pizza places in Richmond and I would probably rate them like Richmond No5/Roundtable, Uncle Fatih, Dominos, Pizza Hut, Fresh Slice, Yummy Slice, Pizza Pizza, Fusion Feast in that order. They all offer quite different crust experience though.

Absolutely love it. I have waited for years for it to open up in Richmond and finally it does. The pizza is the best. Its not overly salty like others and comes with lots of toppings. The sesame seed is a great touch. The Man himself would inspect each store that’s good for quality.
