This is by far the best Haitian restaurant in Dove. My wife had a wonderful time in here with her friend. She spoke very highly of this place. The atmosphere was amazing and the customer service was excellent. The presentation of the food good and the drinks were nothing short of special. The environment was clean and spacious.

I’ve had lunch here 3 times in the last 2 weeks- everything has been great. My personal favorite is the jerk chicken wings/fries combo. Great price and full of flavor. Le Boulevard is one of the best Haitian restaurants I’ve been to! The fried fish was seasoned perfectly and cooked just right — crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The customer service here is outstanding! Everyone is friendly, attentive, and they truly make you feel welcome. As someone from Atlanta, this venue truly made me feel at home. It was warm and welcoming. My friend and I were the only two white guys there, and we had an incredible time! The ladies performing during karaoke night were absolutely phenomenal, with stunning voices. The drinks were tasty and fairly priced. I’m eager to return the next time I’m in town. If you find yourself in Dover, be sure to check out The BLVD—it’s an experience you don’t want to miss!
