I paid for an online order, but it didn’t go through. The girls up front were accommodating and tried to get me my food and figure out a refund, but a cook interrupted me as I was on the phone. She rudely asked me questions and said she couldn’t prepare the food. I understand there might have been system issues, but her attitude was unacceptable. I didn’t get my food or a refund.

The food is always delicious, the employees are always polite and friendly and service is fast! I eat here a couple of times a month when I’m working in the area and I’ve never had a complaint about anything. In my opinion the DQ Flamethrower burger is the best burger in the fast food game.

This place had been so important to my husband and myself during the pandemic. It was such a special treat for us to get out of the house, interact with the friendly staff and of course have delicious ice cream. The staff is truly spectacular and handle themselves so well even with a drive thru line that stretches far down the road.

I am soooooooo disappointed. When DQ made the WV Dairy Queens stop using the grilled “New England” style bun, a valiant owner decided to keep them. He owns the DQs in Lewisburg, Rainelle, and Hinton. I took a detour off I-64 to enjoy a great hotdog. Little did I realize that this DQ still sells the crappy standard bun. I was informed by the counter personnel that only the other 2 stores were doing that. I choked down 1 but it was disgusting. It was my fault because I didn’t ask but I want to warn others that if you want a grilled bun hot dog, DON’T COME HERE!

Just heads up usually a line of cars out to the road! They’re super friendly and efficient upon taking orders. Not one time in all the years has anyone made a mistake on any of our orders. Went to drive thru girl working had to repeat my order several times finally got it right or I thought. Paid for it was pulling out only had 3 of the 4 burgers. I ordered 2 chicken salads 2 plain cheeseburgers 1 the way it comes and 1 with onions lettuce and tomatoes only. I pulled back in parking lot looked saw I was missing the regular burger went in said I was never charged for it. I didn’t get ny receipt so I didn’t know if i was or not. But she repeated my order back to me and I ever said 2 salads and 4 burgers should said yes m ma’am so I leave no burger get home one had lettuce tomatoes ketchup mustard pickles one had ketchup and one had pickles and had BBQ sauce for my dressing. I have tried calling and no one will answer. I had same experience last time with ice cream so I will not be going back get it together.i don’t mind waiting but come on this is ridiculous.

Found hair on kids frie, tables dirty, did get order right and after adding blizzard didn’t flip any three and one was milk shake, one half and half and one ok. If they seevive was nice and smiled or treated wwith out throwing thr ice cream at you I be shock. Very disappointed
