“It is what it is” with these restaurants. I will say, the Honey Sesame Chicken will probably be really good when it’s served correctly. The whole room was a mess and the bar was way understocked. Hindsight says I should’ve caught a buffet.

Food is inconsistent, sometimes it is actually pretty good and other times it’s just fast food I guess. Biggest problem though is the lady at the drive through can never understand us. We don’t have this problem anywhere else so it’s not us. We consistently get to the window and find out we’re not getting what we thought we were.

Tried the new pomegranate pineapple lemonade and it was tasty, they gave me no ice in my drink tho which was weird.

“Sorry – we are out of sweet and sour sauce” – should never be said at a “Chinese kitchen” – mgt should be replaced.
If you really want Panda, maybe try the Lebanon one – this one needs to close.
Food was so not good. Many selections not available. Wanted premium Angus steak – said 15 mins. Lady in front spoke up – “that’s what you told me 5 mins ago”. Really, need to have fresh offerings for everything.
When we got home to eat, the taste was so bad, we didn’t eat the meal. Many restaurants – including Chinese- in the area.

Today I had the pleasure of eating here at Panda Express all because of our waitress Mary. She did an outstanding job! She was very polite and filled the plates with proper portions. She went back and added a bit more rice to my platter! That’s care and a lot of thought. A lot of times they don’t put the amount they’re supposed to, but that’s not Mary. you can tell she enjoys her job and loves on her customers. She did an outstanding job and I will be coming back. Give her a raise that’s all I can say

They are have fast service. Use to be a 5 star. Now your lucky if you get any vegetables. Second time this has happen thought maybe cause last time was close to closing guess not. The rice is dry with a weird taste. I didn’t get any sauce in my bag either. Think I hurt the mans feeling asking him to repeat things due to his fast talking. So he gave me a little attitude.

This particular panda location in mount juliet did really well.I don’t know if it was the timing of when we showed up.But the food was piping, hot.It was plentiful.It was easy to place the order through the drive through and pick up.And the people who waited on us were very cordial.And friendlyThe orange chicken was not too spicy.So many times I go to panda, and they put heavy chili, flakes or something.On it to make it very spicy and hot.And that’s not what orange chicken is supposed to be like.So I recommend this panda based on our experience

Unfortunately, the quality of the food and the cleanliness standards were far below acceptable. The most alarming issue was that my meal included uncooked rice, which is not only unpalatable but also poses health risks. This lack of attention to basic cooking standards is concerning and unacceptable. I was even more alarmed after reading reviews from other customers who reported finding a cockroach in their meal last week. This indicates a persistent issue with cleanliness and food safety standards that urgently needs addressing.
I hope this review catches the attention of the management at this Panda Express location. I kindly request that my order be reviewed and, if deemed appropriate, canceled and refunded due to these significant health and safety concerns. I urge the management to take immediate action to improve their cooking, food handling, and cleanliness standards to ensure that future customers do not have a similar experience.
