With a passion for creating happy people and our love of coffee, we opened our first drive-thru espresso stand in Ashland Oregon in 1998. The demand for convenient, quality coffee & espresso grew and soon after opening our original location in Ashland, we expanded to surrounding cities in Southern Oregon. The Human Bean quickly established a reputation for having friendly and experienced baristas and offering the highest quality ingredients.

The coffee flavor is weak. There’s too much ice. The cup is full of ice. Coffee spilled through the lid, making my clothes dirty.

I ordered the blue refresher drink, is basically the same thing as the Sonic ocean water, but better! And the green tea smoothie was pretty light and refreshing it wasn’t heavy it was rich and creamy! The service was youthful and joyful pride! And at one point they did a 2 tip jars with the Kendrick vs Drake(I love how they keep up with the pop/cancel/drama culture) and I ofc I put my tip in Kendrick! The price is very reasonable for some good quality drinks and food.

A drive thru coffee place should not be asking for a tip BEFORE the coffee is even made! Businesses are now becoming scammers. A tip is in appreciation of service, not for charity. A half full small coffee cup cost almost $5, time to give your workers a share of that rather than forcing them to ask for tips at a drive thru.
Please don’t pressurize people into thinking they are obligated to tip even before the coffee is made.

Tried Human Bean for the first time, visiting from Canada! Great selection of drinks, delicious. Such a nice touch adding a chocolate espresso bean and the drinks are reasonably priced!

I have visited this location three days in a row. Two out of the three days my order has been wrong. I was charged for add-ins I did not not receive. This last batch they did not put in the plugs for the coffees, so coffee splashed up over all the lids. I tried to call and there is no live person to talk to.
The coffee is good. The service terrible. Check your coffees before you leave.

The Human Bean is now easily my favorite coffee shop. I cannot express how amazing everything is; from the staff to the menu, it’s all immaculate! The cleanliness of the small place is superb and their health rating is a solid 100! The staff is very kind and always down to answer any kinda questions you may have. I was in town for business and was told to stop by The Human Bean. I love exploring new coffee shops when I travel. Someone told me who their competitor (DB) was and I love DB. The coffee is good. I would get it again. I actually did go twice in the same week. Only thing is I got the same exact item and was charged two different prices each trip. Strange. The stickers do cost $2 which is a bummer. The other place gives them away free. Anyways, the coffee is good, service is fast just check your receipts.

3 stars for the service but the drink, im sorry it was terrible. I have had drinks before and its been a while.
I was driving by and thought to give it a try.
I ordered hot caramel latte 16oz.
Lattes are milky with slight foam on top.
The drink served was definitely not a latte. It tasted more like watery coffee with bit of milk. I had couple sips trying to like it but the water coffee taste just didnt sit right.
I literally had to throw it all away after being disgusted by it.
I have had lattes from other places and even make it at home myself. This was not even close to latte.

THE BEST coffee spot in town. New to the concept, but the menu and fast service is better than Starbucks and Dunkin! Hope to see them closer to my area, but I drove from Conyers to Cummings TWICE in one week for this place!
