I’m a lifetime Krystal lover! Tonight I had some of the best burgers I’ve had in a looong time. The young lady and gentleman there made my night. The burgers were perfect, the buns were soft and the fries were not scrawny dried out twigs. They were soft and full bodied with the perfect amount of salt. I will definitely be back for more. I recently had a great experience at Krystal’s! The manager, a gentleman working the front, was super professional and efficient. He kept everything moving smoothly, and my order was not only correct but came out fast and fresh. It’s rare to get great service and accuracy at the same time, but this location nailed it. This store is terrible. Everytime I order from here I never receive my entire order. Used door dash to order dinner for my family. They sent the drinks and fries but no burgers. The dumbest thing ever. Not the first time this had happen. Then they argue with me that they sent the entire order. Contacted door dash about it they reordered my food then Krystal cancelled my order. I will never comeback to this place again. Highly recommend that no one uses this place. Was only car in drive thru and it took over 5 minutes for them to come over intercom. Then when we got to the window the guy asked us what our order was and confused went to go look for it or something. We left.
