NEVER order inside. Regardless of order, it takes 10+ minutes to get it. If you have a small order or just order a drink, they will ignore your order and do yours last even if no one else is dining inside. I had to wait 20 minutes just for a coffee and got no apology

I spend 60. Some odd dollars on two of these snack packs and a couple of burgers and they give me five ranch dressings when I asked for a variety. And zero sweet and sour for the egg rolls . Of which I ordered 2 three packs and got two egg rolls. Check the receipt. Ain’t right? It ain’t right and the receipt’s cut off not showing a total. What’s up with this Jack in the box.? It’s the closest to my house and most convenient, but I think I’m done. Not the first time. This location has jacked me around. 24 items over $60 spent.

I LEFT WITH NO FOOD…..Either grossly understaffed with 3 employees and 2 people in the dining area or employees simply dont gaf i waited 15+ minutes for 2 orders of tacos and a chicken sandwich. No computers weren’t down as thats how I placed the oder and watched it sit there and te drive thru was unbusy.

Very rude. I went to do a unboxing of the Gremlins box for my 1.4 million followers, they didn’t give me the sauce or the air freshener. When I returned they didn’t want to honor my return until I said that I was posting this for my 1.4 million followers. Then she passively aggressive fixed my order but stapled my air freshener to the bag making it now worthless. I will not be returning and I will tell my crowd to never shop at this location.

I had went to Jack in the box to order coffee but had a very important conference call that I was on and this manager comes next to me while I was on a conference call via video and says “you need to get out of here because you have been here for 15 minutes”,so I had to stop my conference call that was very important to be to go address the situation and this is what happened,now mind you I did try to order coffee and she refused me service and kicked me out ,and I must say that this was very embarrassing and humiliating I am going to call corporate on her due to the fact that I only had 10 minutes left on my conference call and lost my contract because of her. I am very upset about this matter and would like to take action.

Tried to order a noggy sweet cream iced coffee, and the lady handed me a regular iced coffee, with no sugar and no sweet cream stating it was the noggy. When I wanted to order the loaded tiny tacos she had no clue as to what I was talking about. Employee is not informed of the current menu and I believe she might have been a manager. Please train your employees better, I usually love Jack in the Box but this wasn’t a good experience.

Ordered 2 jr jumbo Jack’s no mayo- cashier asked if we want cheese, we said yes. a large soda, a large fry, and order of tacos
We got back two jr bacon cheeseburgers one with cheese one without cheese?? And when we ordered, we asked for no mayo on our jr jumbo Jack’s and the jr bacon doesnt even have mayo so you would think that would have been a red flag that we ordered something that actually had mayo on it and they got the order wrong and why only one with cheese ? Who knows anyways I asked for ketchup and hot sauce and the chick at the cashier rolled her eyes at me because I asked, this location is kinda out of whack thumbs down

Raunchy and laughable. Ran by a bunch of kids and little girls who can’t act right. Cussing and treating customers with upmost disrespect. They dont know how to provide enough professionalism to make this store what it’s supposed to be. A huge downgrade from uptown Vista. The guys are cool, the girls have obvious problems as it forshows in their ethics. I dont recommend.
