Great tasting burger and the Garlic/Parm fries are so good! A Strawberry shake finished off my meal.

Food was phenomenal and service was amazing. Came with my wife and kids after Boo at the Zoo and it really added to the overall experience. The garlic parm fries are delicious and the smash burgers exceeded our expectations. We are excited to have a place as good as this one around. Highly recommended

This was our first trip to a HipBurger. I got the burger bowl, and my husband got the bacon burger and parmesan fries. Everything tasted very good! The indoor dining area was ok, but for some reason, our table was shaking the whole time.

Great first experience through the drive-thru.
Staff were super friendly, offering help with the menu and patient taking my order. My burger had 2 huge fresh pieces of lettuce. Food was hot, large portions, everything was right, nothing was missing. Definitely far better than any other fast food burger. Will be returning.

Finally got the chance to visit Hipburger! Everything I had was tasty. Great flavor on the chicken samich. The burger is a smash burger, so don’t expect much for what you pay. The chicken salad I had was super good, loved the dressing so much. It also was small for the price but delicious. Enjoyed the bacon cheese fries as well. Everything I got was $28 (one double meat meal, adding bacon and cheese to fries, a chicken sandwich and a grilled salad bowl). Will return and try a few more things when back in the area.

For $13, this just seems like a super small portion of food. The bowl is barely half full. It is smaller than any salad I’ve ever ordered as a main dish. It was also so heavily covered in sauce it was hard to eat. This is our first bad experience with this restaurant, but I definitely will not order this specific menu item again.

Solid dining experience. Hamburger meat was well cooked, flavorful, and moist. The bacon was crispy and the thickness of the fresh tomato was just right. The bun was soft, and a bit mushy. Reminded me of a potato bun. Not my favorite, but it wasn’t bad.
My child had the chicken nuggets, which tasted great.
Regular fries were pretty blah, so we traded up for the garlic parmesan fries.
As for recommendations to improve overall experience, the drink options were limited. How about root beer or some flavored teas?
