The experience at pick up with the older guy wasn’t pleasant. After taking the cake out the box it is not what a I expected. I’d be embarrassed as a business owner for this to be a representation of my establishment.

Very inconsiderate. They will blow off your cake orders without warning. I ordered an ice cream cake for my son’s 5th birthday. First off they did not have a cake decorator, not that big of a deal we went through with the order anyways. We were told to pick up on Sunday 1/11at 11:30. I get there at 11:30 to find out the place doesn’t open until noon. I returned at noon to a locked, empty building, lights off. Nobody is there. I assumed maybe whoever was going to open the store was running a few minutes late. I waited until 12:20, no one ever showed up. Came back at 1:20, still not open. Didn’t have time to play games anymore before the birthday party so we had to scramble to find a last minute sheet cake. Don’t rely on this place to come through with your order on the date promised . It seems they just decide to open and close outside of their listed hours and will not bother to let customers with orders know.

Asked them to fix their mistake and I was given an eye-roll and scoff instead. I also watched as they didn’t fix the mistake and just decided to remix it and hand the exact same thing back. Whoever was working 1/4/26 at 7:00 pm should probably be reevaluated.

Always great food and service. There was a miscommunication and Vaughn took care of it right away and super quickly, he was also able to accommodate an ice cream request, great service!

Ordered a medium chocolate cone and a small chocolate dipped cone. Received a medium chocolate cone that had been dipped in the middle of the ice cream and a small chocolate cone with no chocolate dipping. When I pointed out the mistake that said that is what I ordered but that’s not what they repeated back to me after I ordered. When I asked for the correct order they told me I would have to pay again. Had issues the week before when they gave me small cones with medium ice cream. When asked why they said it was a medium sized cone. I have had enough of this sloppy service and disrespect. Also waited 15 minutes in line to be served and I was the first one in line.

So I ordered a Oreo and brownie cupfection and I asked for a little of Carmel and fudge emphasis on the A LITTLE and they drowned it in Carmel and fudge and when I asked them to fix it they gave me a completely different item the person who attended me I believe was camryn I’m pretty sure I didn’t get an Oreo and brownie cupfection

I ordered a medium ice cream cone. While it was a medium cone, it had the smallest amount of ice cream in it. When I inquired about the amount of ice cream I was told yes it’s a medium. I asked for a manager. The manager brought the scale and weighed it. She claimed I actually got more ice cream than I should’ve. Never going here again rude and giving smaller portions that normal is the norm at this location.

I ordered a simple cake for my birthday. Turquoise frosting and a simple happy birthday. Instead I got an all white cake with regular blue happy birthday. I’m also possibly to blame for this next part but “original” flavor i would assume is vanilla and instead it’s chocolate. Havent really done much as far as my birthday goes this was just disappointing. ,
