It’s my Favorite pizza store. My kids love Dominos. Sometimes they mess up my order and sometimes we do too( when ordering) But as a whole they always greet and seems professional. Not very busy store. Probably that’s good for customer.

Ordered online which caused an error with the address. Pizza was not delivered 45 minutes after expected delivery, when requested to cancel due to the pizza being made over 45 minutes ago the store kept pushing for us to accept it and blaming us for the error even though my account shows the correct information. The store hung up after refusing I kept refusing to accept the order and when I attempted to call again to confirm if the order was canceled they picked up but left me on hold for over 25 minutes before giving up. This is my first experience with this location and would highly recommend ordering at another store.

Update: I have contacted corporate regarding this issue and would e encourage anyone else experiencing issues to do the same.
Just ordered online for store pick up and thought I’d try the dip. Bad idea, it is horribly burnt and I wouldn’t call it a dip. More like a layer of cheese burnt to the bottom of a pan. You cannot dip anything in it. The bread is delicious though.

50% of the time the pizza is on point. I’m reviewing this time because my last order was perfect. Hoping they keep it up. Service is always excellent and great atmosphere when I pick up. Hoping for a great pie on my next order.

Never again will I order from this location. I placed an order online, said it would be ready in 8-13mins. I showed up at the 15min mark. Screen said it wasn’t in the oven yet. I got NO ACKNOWNLEDGMENT entering the store but the guy who came in mins later did. I waited for 7 mins when I saw the larger guy in the back holding up my raw pizza to the girl working back there and pointed at my pizza and laughed. It was easy to see it was mine, I have to get no cheese because they can’t seem to understand light cheese. So no one greeted me, food wasn’t even in the oven and the workers are making fun of my order. I left without the food.
I called for a refund and Russel told me he can’t give me one because the food was cooked. I never received the food. I told him because of how I was treated and this experience, I just want a refund. He told me he can give me a free soda. I didn’t go back to the store for the pizza or soda. Reached out to customer support, waiting for a response. Which, they will give it to me or I’ll dispute the charge once its processed on my card.

Worst Dominos I’ve EVER come across and I don’t even live out here!!! The lies and said our pie was delivered when it wasn’t and after calling the store on multiple lines, we finally got someone after 45 minutes only for them to lie and say it was delivered to them saying they only have 2 drivers. I understand being understaffed but communication goes a long way and when you have customers information, maybe it should be used when the inconvenience is being placed directly on the customer.

Ordered a simple medium pizza. Extra cheese, sausage. Couldn’t be bothered to make it or cut it correctly. Even though I decided to save them the trouble of delivering it. No extra cheese or garlic on the crust (which is standard). I go back after talking to my friend who’s been a manager at dominos for 8 years. I’m required to get a fresh pie and a free dessert. They make the pie but lie directly to my face and say they don’t do the compensation dessert. I didn’t even want it but it’s the principal. You wasted an extra 20-30 min of my time because I had to drive back and wait for the pie to be cooked. This place is literally full of incompetent workers. And my manager friend says it every time we order from this location

I know this is a chain for pizza, but for whatever reason the group of employees at this location always knock it out of the park. The food is super hot when you get it and it tastes better than any other location we’ve had. Keep up the good work.
